Patent number: 12227586Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody usable in treatment of cancer. An anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody produced using an anti-CLDN4 antibody binding to CLDN4 and an anti-CD137 antibody binding to CD137 had agonistic activity for CD137, promoted production of interferon ? by a T cell, and exhibited cytotoxic activity against a cancer cell expressing CLDN4 on a cell surface thereof. Besides, it was shown that the anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody can be safely administered to monkeys. Therefore, the anti-CLDN4/anti-CD137 bispecific antibody is usable in treatment of human cancer.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 2022Date of Patent: February 18, 2025Assignees: Astellas Pharma Inc., National Cancer CenterInventors: Yoshiyuki Tenda, Masatoshi Yuri, Shigenori Yagi, Yoshiki Satake, Kazunori Hirayama, Hiroki Shirai, Hiroki Sasaki, Fumiko Chiwaki, Masayuki Komatsu

Patent number: 10247819Abstract: A radar system includes a plurality of radar devices each having a transmitting unit that transmits a high frequency signal to an object, a receiving unit that receives a signal reflected from the object, an individual control unit that controls transmission and reception timings, and a converting unit that converts an output of the receiving unit into digital data, and a central processing device having an integration process unit that processes information transmitted from the radar devices in association with positional information of the radar devices, a command control unit that controls operation timings of the individual control units, and a detection process unit that performs a process for detecting the object on the digital data before being processed by the integration process unit. Digital communication isolated from the transmission and reception timing controls at the individual control unit is performed between the radar devices and the central processing device.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 2015Date of Patent: April 2, 2019Assignees: FURUKAWA ELECTRIC CO., LTD, FURUKAWA AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS, INC.Inventors: Yasushi Aoyagi, Hiroki Hirayama, Hiroyasu Yano

Publication number: 20140043083Abstract: Provided is a pulse generator that generates a pulse signal with a preferred waveform and offers increased isolation for a period of time when the pulse signal is not output. A pulse generator 100 allows a high-frequency oscillator 101 to output a high frequency signal and allows an amplifier 102 to amplify and output the signal. The amplifier 102 amplifies the high frequency signal from the high-frequency oscillator 101 and outputs the signal only for a period of time when its drive power is supplied by a drive circuit 110. The waveform of the drive power, supplied from the drive circuit 110 to the amplifier 102, is controlled by a waveform control unit 120 such that the high frequency signal amplified by the amplifier 102 becomes an ultra-wideband pulse signal.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 27, 2013Publication date: February 13, 2014Applicants: Furukawa Automotive Systems Inc., Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.Inventor: Hiroki HIRAYAMA

Patent number: 8135733Abstract: A system quickly accesses suitable represented information, in view of a lapse time from retrieval result display to user move. A system control section (SCS) of a retrieval system server accesses a retrieval database registering retrieval priorities to be associated with respective web pages. The SCS sends a retrieval result page on which the retrieval result is to be displayed, from the web page having the higher retrieval priority on a priority basis, receives, after sending the same, a re-retrieval request or a request for the other retrieval result page, indicating a sending request for the new retrieval result page, and measures lapse time “t”.Type: GrantFiled: December 3, 2007Date of Patent: March 13, 2012Assignee: Pioneer CorporationInventors: Hiroki Hirayama, Tomohiro Kimura
