  • Publication number: 20030141470
Abstract: A flow regulating valve comprises a casing 1; a tube 10 which has elasticity and the both ends thereof are opened to an exterior, and is inserted and installed in the casing 1; and a pushing member 20 which changes an area of an aperture of the tube 10. The tube 10 has a double layered structure which is composed by unifying an inner tube 11 which is made of tetrafluoroethylene and an outer tube 12 which is made of teflon™ by adhesives. Furthermore, the pushing member 20 has diaphragms 21 and 22 provided in the casing so as to face with the tube 10, and a fluid pressure supplying portion 23 which moves the diaphragms to the tube side by supplying fluid pressure to one of surfaces of the diaphragms 21 and 22.

  • Publication number: 20030102031
Abstract: In a conventional relief valve having a valve element supported by a diaphragm, since a surface of the valve element exposed to pressure is large and an opening/closing operation of the valve element is rapidly conducted, the operation often leads to chattering and is therefore poor in stability. A relief valve of the invention is free from chattering and capable of smoothly performing the opening/closing operation of its valve element (7). The element (7) is adapted to open and close a fluid passage and disposed between: an inlet port (2) in direct communication with an upstream-side fluid passage (1); and, an outlet port (4) in direct communication with a downstream-side fluid passage (3), and is provided with a flange (8) in its upper portion. Mounted on the flange (8) is a sleeve-like bellows (6) for supporting the valve element (7).

  • Patent number: 5906107
Abstract: An air conditioner comprises a freezing cycle circuit, which includes, successively provided on a main duct line 11 in the mentioned order, a compressor 10, a four-way valve 12, an external heat exchanger 13, a pressure reducer 14, and an internal heat exchanger 11, the main duct line 11 branching into at least an upper and a lower part coolant flow line 20 and 30 in the internal heat exchanger 15, and an on-off valve 10 provided on the upper part coolant flow line 20 and closed in a low capacity cooling operation. The air conditioner can gently cool and gently dry air in a room without causing chillness to be felt.

  • Patent number: 4628187
Abstract: A planar resistance heating element with positive temperature coefficient characteristics includes a resistive body layer formed of a crystalline resin containing electrically conductive particles and disposed between at least a pair of electrodes on an insulating substrate. A phenolic resin layer or a denatured phenolic resin layer with an elastomer resin added is disposed on the resistive body layer in covering relation to the entire surface thereof. An insulating protective film of resin may be disposed on the covering layer with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and an adhesive layer may be disposed on an outer surface of the insulating protective film for attachment to an object to be heated.
