  • Publication number: 20120027169
Abstract: A stereoscopic image radiographing apparatus performing both an equal-magnification radiographing operation and an enlarged radiographing operation displays a stereoscopic image with a magnitude of parallax suitable for both radiographing operations without changing two focal positions of radiation. Two radiological images are relatively moved and displayed in a parallax direction which is obtained by projecting an extending direction of a straight line connecting two focal positions onto the corresponding radiological image based on the angle formed by two radiographing directions of two radiological images constituting the stereoscopic image and the enlargement ratio thereof.

  • Publication number: 20120025088
Abstract: To display a stereoscopic image enabling a viewer to appropriately view the entire image stereoscopically even when the inclination of a detection plane of a radiological image detector is changed depending on the radiographing directions of radiological images constituting a stereoscopic image. The inclination of a detection plane of a radiological image detector is changed depending on radiographing directions and a stereoscopic image is displayed using projected radiological images obtained by projecting radiological images detected on the inclined detection plane onto a plane perpendicular to a desired viewpoint direction of the stereoscopic image.

  • Publication number: 20120027170
Abstract: Even when one side of a radiological image detector is inclined with respect to a straight line linking two focal positions of radiation, an appropriate stereoscopic image is displayed. The amount d of shift between two radiological images in a direction perpendicular to a parallax direction is acquired and a stereoscopic image is displayed using the two radiological images which are relatively shifted in the direction perpendicular to the parallax direction so that the acquired amount d of shift is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20120027168
Abstract: It is possible to always display a stereoscopic image obtained by observing a subject from the front side even when the position of the subject is shifted. A radiological image radiographing and displaying method includes irradiating a subject with radiation emitted from two focal positions in two different radiographing directions, detecting a radiological image in each radiographing direction resulting from the irradiation with the radiation by the use of a radiological image detector, displaying a stereoscopic image using the two detected radiological images, acquiring position information of the subject in an extending direction of a straight line connecting two points obtained by projecting the two focal positions onto the radiological image detector, and changing the two radiographing directions based on the acquired position information.

  • Publication number: 20110216882
Abstract: The grid is disposed between a subject to be imaged and a solid-state detector while a radiation source and radiation-impermeable members of a grid are in such a positional relationship that the orbital plane of the radiation source which is angularly movable and the direction in which the radiation-impermeable members extend are perpendicular to each other. The radiation source is moved to an angular position through an turning angle which is up to 5° excluding 0°, from a line normal to the solid-state detector. • Patent number: 7561667
Abstract: A radiation image capturing apparatus is capable of setting highly accurately an optimum dose of radiation to be applied to an area of interest of a subject. A solid-state detector acquires radiation image information of a breast from a radiation that has been emitted from a radiation source and passed through the breast. A detected value is compared with a predetermined threshold value used to identify the area of interest, and a detection corrective value is calculated based on detected values from the region including the area of interest and detected values from the area of interest. Based on the detection corrective value, an AEC corrector corrects a radiation dose detected by an identified one of AEC sensors, and an exposure control condition depending on the area of interest to be imaged of the subject is determined based on the corrected radiation dose.
