    Abstract: A transport vehicle includes a vehicle body, a drive unit, and a coupling device coupling the vehicle body with the drive unit. The drive unit includes a wheel, a travel drive source configured to drive the wheel in such a manner as to rotate the wheel, and a steering device configured to turn the wheel around a steering axis along an up-down direction. The coupling device includes an attachment section attached to the vehicle body, and an adjustment mechanism allowing a reference direction to be changed around the steering axis relative to a front-rear direction of the vehicle body by changing an attachment orientation of the attachment section relative to the vehicle body.
