  • Patent number: 9315925
Abstract: The present invention provides a layered product, which, when processed into a textile product by sewing, fusing, or the like, overcomes such a practical restriction that a knit must be used on the side to be subjected to a sealing treatment, makes the sealing treatment easier, has intact appearance and touch feeling, and is lightweight. The layered product comprises a flexible film and a woven fabric layered thereon at the side to be subjected to the sealing treatment in processing the layered product into the textile product. The layered product has a total cover factor (CFtotal) from 700 to 1400, calculated from the cover factors of the warp and the weft constituting the woven fabric.

  • Publication number: 20100071115
Abstract: A first objective of the present invention is to provide a technology for improving the abrasion resistance of a fabric or a composite fabric for use in textile products such as clothing products and the like without impairing the appearance thereof, and further, a second objective of the present invention is to provide a technology for achieving both the abrasion resistance and the lightweightness of a fabric or a composite fabric without impairing the appearance and the texture thereof. By coating a surface of a fabric with polymer dots as an abrasion-resistant resin and causing the average maximum diameter of the polymer dots to be equal to or less than 0.5 mm, the abrasion resistance of the fabric can be improved without impairing the appearance of the fabric. Further, by causing the surface-coating amount of the polymer dots to range from 0.2 g/m2 to 3.0 g/m2, both the abrasion resistance and the lightweightness can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20090233042
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to overcome a practical restriction that a knit must be used on a surface of a sealing tape when the sealing tape is used for a textile product obtained by subjecting a fabric laminated product to sewing-processing or fusion process as well as providing a sealing tape which is excellent in durability, light-weighted and thin, and highly comfortable without undermining appearance and touch feeling. The sealing tape of the present invention comprises a base film and a woven fabric laminated on one side of the base film and an adhesive layer laminated on the other side of the base film, wherein a total cover factor (CFtotal) of calculated with respect to each of the warp and the weft constituting the woven fabric is from 500 to 1400.
