  • Patent number: 8981769
Abstract: A rotational angle detection device may include a sensor wiring member and a motor wiring member. Each of the sensor wiring member and the motor wiring member includes a terminal body section and a connector section that are formed separately from each other and are electrically connected to each other via a connection structure.

  • Patent number: 8904999
Abstract: A resin gear has a concave portion formed on a gear body at a position radially inward of a boundary region between a toothed portion and a non-toothed portion. During a molding process, a welded portion is formed at the non-toothed portion by merger of flow of the molten resin along a first path and flow of the molten resin along a second path. The first path detours the concave portion and passes through the side of the toothed portion, and the second path detours the concave portion and passes through the side of the non-toothed portion.

  • Publication number: 20110127693
Abstract: A method of molding a part, such as throttle valve and a throttle body, of a throttle device includes resin-molding the part by an injection molding process using a molding die. The molding die has a mold cavity having a cavity portion for molding a base that may protrude from the resin part. The cavity portion for molding the base communicates with an injection gate, from which molten resin is injected into the mold cavity. The configuration of at least one of the base and the injection gate is determined such that a projection formed at the injection gate can be removed without substantially damaging the resin part.
