    Abstract: A valve timing adjustment device includes a drive-side rotating body that rotates in conjunction with a crankshaft, a driven-side rotating body that rotates integrally with a camshaft, a speed reduction mechanism that transmits rotation while allowing relative rotation between the drive-side rotating body and the driven-side rotating body. The driven-side rotating body includes a fastening portion fastened to the end portion of the camshaft by a center bolt, a bearing portion that is located radially outward of the fastening portion and that axially supports the drive-side rotating body, and a fitting outer surface that is fitted to a regulating member on a side where an outer diameter of an axial contact surface with the other member on one side and the other side in the axial direction of the driven-side rotating body is large.

    Abstract: Attenuation of microwaves is reduced or prevented when vacuum windows are provided in microwave waveguides of a DNP-NMR probe. A DNP-NMR probe has an inner container and an outer container. The inner container has therein a sample tube containing a sample to which radicals are added. The outer container keeps a space between the outer container and the inner container in the outer container in a vacuum state. The outer container has an outer container waveguide that has a vacuum window at an inner end portion and guides microwaves. The inner container has a vacuum window facing the vacuum window of the outer container waveguide through vacuum, and guides microwaves transmitted from the outer container waveguide to the sample. The window-to-window distance between the vacuum window of the outer container and the vacuum window of the inner container is adjusted by means of adjustment bolts.

    Abstract: A single-row planetary bearing includes a single row of spherical rolling elements between an outer ring and an inner ring. A planetary gear is supported by a thrust bearing portion and is radially supported by the outer ring. The planetary gear performs a planetary motion while engaging with a driving rotor and a driven rotor at an eccentric side to adjust a rotational phase between the driving rotor and the driven rotor. The thrust bearing portion supports the planetary gear that is tilting with respect to the revolution centerline. The planetary gear has a recessed portion opened toward the thrust bearing portion. When the rotational phase is adjusted to a specific phase, the recessed portion is positioned at an anti-eccentric side opposite to the eccentric side with respect to a rotation centerline of the planetary gear.
