  • Patent number: 11976518
Abstract: A drilling tip that is attached to a distal end surface of a tool main body of a drilling tool which is rotated around an axis and in which a striking force is applied to a distal end side in a direction of the axis. The drilling tip includes a tip main body in which a base end portion having a columnar shape and a distal end portion protruding from this base end portion to the distal end side are integrally formed. The distal end portion includes a curved convex surface-shaped portion protruding to the distal end side of the tip main body, and a projection portion protruding to the distal end side from a surface of the curved convex surface-shaped portion.

  • Publication number: 20220290502
Abstract: Deterioration in boring efficiency is curbed and the costs of repolishing are reduced by curbing wear-width progression of a distal end portion of a tip main body of a drilling tip. A drilling tip that is attached to a distal end surface of a tool main body of a drilling tool which is rotated around an axis and in which a striking force is applied to a distal end side in a direction of the axis. The drilling tip includes a tip main body (1) in which a base end portion (2) having a columnar shape and a distal end portion (3) protruding from this base end portion (2) to the distal end side are integrally formed.

  • Publication number: 20170234075
Abstract: A drilling tool of the present invention includes: a casing pipe; a ring bit having a larger diameter and disposed coaxially on a tip side of the casing pipe; and a pilot bit inserted into the ring bit through the inside of the casing pipe. An outer peripheral part at a tip of the pilot bit is provided with a bit head which is extended when rotated in a tool rotation direction during drilling. The ring bit is provided with a part to be engaged that is engaged with the extended bit head in the tool rotation direction, and a first abutting part capable of abutting against the extended bit head in a direction of an axis.

  • Patent number: 6515242
Abstract: A switch device having uniform operability includes an operating member which is rockably stopped by a case, a rubber spring including four spring sections which are disposed at peripheral edges of the operating member inside the case, respectively, and three switches which are disposed in correspondence with three of the four spring sections. The spring sections are selectively actuated two at a time as a result of rocking the operating member in one direction. In the switch device, the spring sections are actuated and buckled by operating the operating member in order to switch the switches. In addition, the click ratio of the spring section which is not provided with a switch is greater than the click ratios of the spring sections which are provided with the switches.
