  • Publication number: 20220277488
Abstract: An imaging method is provided which is capable of performing a color measurement easily and appropriately by using a camera. An imaging apparatus captures an image of a face of a user together with a correction device placed close to the face of the user, and identifies a part in the image of the face of the user for which a color measurement is to be performed. The imaging apparatus acquires a colorimetric value of the identified part and corrects the acquired colorimetric value by using the image of the correction device.

  • Patent number: 10770268
Abstract: In a plasma processing method, a carbon-containing film is formed on surfaces of components in a chamber by using a plasma of a carbon-containing gas, and a silicon-containing film whose film thickness is determined based on a film thickness of the carbon-containing film is formed on a surface of the carbon-containing film by a silicon-containing gas. Then, a target object is loaded into the chamber and processed by a plasma of a processing gas after the formation of the silicon-containing film. The silicon-containing film is removed from the surface of the carbon-containing film by using a plasma of a fluorine-containing gas after the target object processed by the plasma is unloaded from the chamber, and the carbon-containing film is removed from the surfaces of the components by using a plasma of an oxygen-containing gas.

  • Patent number: 10222077
Abstract: A dust removing apparatus is provided. An air blower performs air blowing in a space. A processor determines a first period in which a user is absent in the space. An air sucker collects dust by performing air suction from the space during the first period. A sensor measures an amount of dust collected by performing the air suction in the space during the first period. The processor determines whether or not a usage status of the dust removing apparatus in the space is appropriate based on a comparison between the measured amount of dust collected in the first period and an estimated amount of dust, which is estimated to be collected under a usage condition in which the user is absent in the space, and outputs information indicating whether or not a usage status of the dust removing apparatus is appropriate based on a result of the comparison.

  • Patent number: 10149916
Abstract: A communication unit receives spraying target information indicating a spray target. A spraying target detector detects the spray target indicated in the spraying target information in space. A spray control unit is a unit that performs ion-spraying processing on the spray target at a predetermined frequency. In the ion-spraying processing, the spray control unit determines a moving direction of an ion spraying apparatus from a current location to the detected spray target, and sprays ions on the spray target when a distance between the spray target and the ion spraying apparatus is within a first threshold value. A flight control unit controls a flight of the ion spraying apparatus in the moving direction.
