    Abstract: A service management section for managing quality information of a provided service and a received service is provided at each node so as to manage correspondence between each service and isochronous connections. When detecting a deficiency of the band at the start of a new service, each node determines a list of services whose quality can be decreased based on service information acquired from the service management sections of all the nodes on a transfer path and then decreases the quality of the service and reduces a corresponding isochronous connection band. Thereafter, band reservation is attempted again.
