  • Patent number: 11731589
Abstract: Provided is a wiper arm including: an arm head in which a base end is attached to a swing shaft; an arm shank in which a base end is attached to a tip of the arm head; an arm piece in which a base end is attached to a tip of the arm shank; a washer tube; a washer nozzle attached to a tip of the washer tube; and a cover member covering at least the surrounding of a part of the arm piece and the washer tube in a longitudinal direction. The cover member includes: a first cover body, having a top wall portion, and side wall portions protruding from both sides of the top wall portion in a short-side direction; and a second cover body, attached to the side wall portions and disposed to face the top wall portion.

  • Patent number: 11097696
Abstract: Provided is a washer nozzle that since a plurality of stepped portions (stepped wall portions) formed in a stepped shape in a flow direction of the cleaning liquid are provided in a flow path between an inflow hole and a discharge port in a main body portion, it is possible to spread the cleaning liquid in a width direction of the flow path by causing the cleaning liquid flowing from an upstream side to collide with stepped surfaces of the plurality of stepped portions one after another. Therefore, even when a flow rate of the cleaning liquid is small, without increasing a discharge capacity of a washer pump, it is possible to disperse the cleaning liquid fully in the width direction of the flow path, and it is possible to uniformly discharge the cleaning liquid to substantially the entire surface of an imaging lens.

  • Publication number: 20200055489
Abstract: The present invention comprises an AS-side wiper motor 40 including an AS-side output shaft 83 that is rotated in forward and backward directions and a link mechanism 60 constituted by a four-bar link. The AS-side wiper member 50 is configured to wipe in a first AS-side wipe range 11b by a pivotal movement of the AS-side output shaft 83 in a first angular range SA1, and wipe in a second AS-side wipe range 11c by a pivotal movement of the AS-side output shaft 83 in a second angular range SA2 that differs from the first angular range SA1. The wipe range of the AS-side wiper member 50 can thus be switched between the first AS-side wipe range 11b and the second AS-side wipe range 11c by controlling an angular range, in which the AS-side output shaft 83 is pivotally moved, to be in the first angular range SA1 or the second angular range SA2 that differ from each other.

  • Patent number: 7712180
Abstract: A wiper blade (18a) has a rubber holder (22) for holding a blade rubber (21). This rubber holder (22) has a connection block (24) coupled to a wiper arm and two sub-holders (25) fixed on both sides of the connection block (24), and the sub-holders (25) each has two rod-shaped spring members (27) curved with curvature radii smaller than that of a front glass and 11 holder pieces (26) fixed to these rod-shaped spring members (27) in a longitudinal direction at a predetermined interval. Further, this rubber holder (22) is formed so that the two sub-holders (25) are coupled to each other via the connection block (24) in the longitudinal direction.
