  • Patent number: 11973158
Abstract: A photoelectric conversion element having a photoelectric conversion layer formed between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer, in which the photoelectric conversion layer contains Cu and Ag, which are Group I elements, In and Ga, which are Group III elements, and Se and S, which are Group VI elements. A portion at which a minimum value of a band gap appears in a thickness direction of the photoelectric conversion layer is included in the intermediate region. When a ratio of a mole amount of Ag to a sum of mole amounts of the Group I elements other than Ag, the Group III elements, and the Group VI elements is defined as an Ag concentration, a portion at which a maximum value of the Ag concentration appears in the thickness direction of the photoelectric conversion layer is included in the intermediate region.

  • Patent number: 9431007
Abstract: In a voice search device, a processor acquires a search word, converts the search word into a phoneme sequence, acquires, for each frame, an output probability of a feature quantity of a target voice signal being output from each phoneme included in the phoneme sequence, and executes relative calculation of the output probability acquired from each phoneme, based on an output probability acquired from another phoneme included in the phoneme sequence. In addition, the processor successively designates likelihood acquisition zones, acquires a likelihood indicating how likely a designated likelihood acquisition zone is a zone in which voice corresponding to the search word is spoken, and identifies from the target voice signal an estimated zone for which the voice corresponding to the search word is estimated to be spoken, based on the acquired likelihood.

  • Patent number: 8646868
Abstract: An adjustment drop number setting section 335 sets a number of adjustment drops with which a change in print density in an image occurs remarkably when an ink drop amount of one ink drop is changed for each kind of a print medium (print sheet) input from an operation panel 340 or sets uniformly regardless of the kind of print medium. When a density difference that requires adjustment is recognized visually between images by two neighboring ink heads on a density measurement chart printed by a chart printing execution section 333c, the ink drop amount of one drop in the set number of adjustment drops is adjusted by adjusting a drive voltage of the ink head of a head unit 110 according to an input from the operation panel 340.
