  • Publication number: 20070003172
Abstract: A linear guiding device where noise characteristics are improved by reducing traveling noise and operability of a slider body is smoothed, and where movement braking can be improved by reducing rolling body passage vibration. Crowning 24 with a curved surface having a predetermined curvature radius R is provided on an end section of a rolling body raceway groove 11 of a bearing block 24. A crowning amount C of the crowning 24 is set to a value C>Hmax greater that the value of a maximum elastic deformation amount Hmax of a rolling body B elastically deformed in a rolling body rolling path 14 by a preload or an external load. By this, even when a large load acts on a bearing block 2A or a large installation error occurs by skewing etc., the rolling body B smoothly rolls without an elastic deformation amount of the rolling body B rolling on the end section side of the rolling body raceway groove 11 becoming greater than the crowning amount C.

  • Publication number: 20060068797
Abstract: When a communication usage fee of a mobile communication terminal exceed a maximum charge, a mobile communication network side is made to manage a connection destination of the mobile communication terminal. When a mobile communication network receives a connection request message sent from a cell phone, it transmits a phone number of the cell phone to a subscriber information server and acquires usage information thereof. When the usage information is determined to be information indicating that the usage fee of cell phone has already arrived at the maximum charge, the mobile communication network sets maximum arrival information in the connection request message and transmits it to a connection management server. When it is determined that the maximum arrival information is set in the connection request message, the connection management server restricts the connection destination of cell phone to predetermined specific connection destination addresses.

  • Patent number: 6821680
Abstract: A battery including a separator having a satisfactory ammonia trapping property is speculated to exhibit a less self-discharge and a higher capacity-holding rate. The ammonia trapping property is speculated to be increased with an increasing degree of sulfonation of a constitutive polyolefin fiber. However, a highly sulfonated conventional polyolefin has a deteriorated fiber strength and highly sulfonated portions thereof are peeled or eliminated, and the resulting fiber cannot have a significantly high degree of sulfonation. The invention is therefore intended to provide a separator having an improved ammonia trapping property. The invented separator includes a polyolefin resin fiber having large amounts of introduced sulfonic groups. Specifically, the separator is one containing a fiber obtained by sulfonating a polyolefin resin fiber having an intrinsic viscosity number of 0.2 to 1.0 dl/g, one including a fiber obtained by sulfonating a polyolefin resin fiber and having a BET specific surface area of 0.

  • Patent number: 6813968
Abstract: In a ball screw device comprising a screw shaft and a nut which make relative movement to each other through a multiplicity of balls, as well as in a linear motion device comprising an outer member and an inner member which make the relative movements to each other through the multiplicity of balls, a spacer having two concave surfaces facing respectively to balls, is disposed between the balls adjacent to each other. A section of each of the concave surfaces of the spacer is formed of two circular arcs of which central positions deviate from each other to form a Gothic arch. The spacer has such a configuration that the balls adjacent to each other come into contact with outer edges thereof or portions vicinal to the outer edges. The spacer also has such a configuration that the balls adjacent to each other come into contact with at least three or more outer edge portions thereof or portions vicinal to the outer edges. The spacer may have a through-hole formed in a thinnest portion thereof.
