  • Patent number: 11597122
Abstract: Provided are a manufacturing method of a plate precursor having a plurality of needle-like protrusions and a manufacturing method of a microneedle array, which make it possible to manufacture a plate precursor within a short period of time. A manufacturing method of a plate precursor having a needle-like protrusion includes: a preparation step of preparing a cutting tool including at least one blade conforming to an external shape of the needle-like protrusion, and a base material; and a cutting step of cutting the base material by rotating the cutting tool about a tool axis of the cutting tool and revolving the cutting tool around an axis of the needle-like protrusion to be formed on the base material to form the needle-like protrusion having a shape conforming to a shape of the cutting tool.

  • Patent number: 9205930
Abstract: An inclination detection device 11 for an aircraft includes a gravity sensor 13 that detects an inclination angle in a pitch direction at a parking time of a fuselage 1, an alarm device 16, and a control unit 17 that causes the device 16 to issue an alarm when the inclination angle detected by the sensor 13 approaches allowable limit inclination angles F4 and R4 in a forward inclination direction and a backward inclination direction of the fuselage 1. The control unit 17 has gravity center management information peculiar to the fuselage 1 inputted therein by a USB memory 20 or the like, and corrects a movable range in the forward and—backward inclination directions until the inclination angle reaches the angles F4 and R4 based on the gravity center management inclination information, before a loading and unloading operation of cargo into and from the fuselage 1.

  • Publication number: 20110223337
Abstract: The present invention provides an extrusion coating apparatus which can control the coating shape in end portions regardless of the coating thickness and can suppress high edges. The extrusion coating apparatus includes a coating width regulating plate inserted into both end portions of a slit, a slit die discharging the coating solution from a discharge opening of the slit, and a chamber depressurizing in a web running direction on an upstream side. The coating width regulating plate has a protruded portion bent toward the web downstream side and facing the web. The coating solution is applied to the web in a state in which the coating solution is oozed on a web facing surface of the protruded portion of the coating width regulating plate by depressurization of the chamber.
