The control device comprises an installation information memory and a space information memory configured to store information regarding the space the environment in which can be conditioned by each of the plurality of equipment items; a target setter configured to set a target location in the room and a target environment at the target location; a unit identifier configured to identify the equipment item that can condition the environment at the target location; and a controller configured to select one control pattern based on the power consumption when the control according to each control pattern is executed from among a plurality of control patterns for controlling the equipment item so as to condition the environment at the target location to the target environment and control the equipment item with the selected control pattern.

The device grouper creates a data possessing device group based on the control information request, the connection route database and information managed by the connection relationship manager. An information collective obtainer obtains control information from the facility device in the data possessing device group through a communicator, and creates a data array of the obtained control information.

Abstract: A communication relay device comprises a processor, a reception unit, and a transmission unit. The communication relay device is connected to air conditioning units via a network. The air conditioning units comprise sensors and send unit signals containing output values of the sensors to a control device controlling the air conditioning units via the communication relay device. The reception unit receives the unit signals. The processor converts the unit signals received by the reception unit to unit signals containing values used for testing the operation of the control device and different from the output values of the sensors. Then, the transmission unit sends the unit signals converted by the processor to the control device.
