    Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a simple and easy method for detecting pancreatic cancer having high sensitivity and specificity or risk of the pancreatic cancer. The present invention provides a method of detecting pancreatic cancer including a step of measuring, in a sample derived from a subject, at least one miRNA selected from the following (i) and (ii): (i) an miRNA having a sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 120; and (ii) an miRNA that hybridizes, under stringent conditions, with a nucleic acid having a sequence complementary to the miRNA (i) and having from 17 to 30 bases.
