    Abstract: A packing member for articles which can covey a particular individual message to a recipient of articles and allows the recipient to keep the particular individual message as a remembrance is provided. A message board MB straddles two outer flaps 1B, 1B which constitutes the top surface of a cardboard box 1. The message board MB is partitioned by a perforated line 1C, 1C so that the message board MB can be cut out from the two outer flaps 1B, 1B. A handwritten particular individual message addressed to a recipient from a sender of articles is copied to the message board MB. When the cardboard box 1 is delivered to a recipient, the hearty particular individual message from the sender is conveyed to the recipient. The recipient can keep the message board MB with the handwritten particular individual message as a remembrance by cutting out the message board MB along the perforated line 1C, 1C.
