  • Patent number: 8218053
Abstract: An image display device includes an LCD panel 102, a BL unit 150 having a first contact plane to be in contact with a display plane of the LCD panel 102, and a LCD holding piece 101 having a second contact plane to be in contact with a plane of the LCD panel 102 opposed to the display plane, wherein the LCD holding piece 101 includes a biasing portion (an elastic support portion 101b and holding piece elastic arms 101i) biasing the BL unit 150, and the BL unit 150 is biased in a direction of the LCD holding piece 101 by the biasing portion. According to this configuration, an image display device can be provided in which foreign matter is suppressed from being generated by the contact between an EVF panel and a housing or foreign matter is suppressed from moving to an image display range during an assembly process.

  • Publication number: 20090147127
Abstract: A lens hood device includes a barrier case (11) to cover the front and back of a lens barrier unit (32) in an optical axis direction and to have a non-circular opening at a position passed by the optical axis, and a plurality of lens barriers (14 to 17) arranged rotatably in parallel with respect to a main plane of the barrier case (11) and made rotatable between a position to cover the whole face of the opening and a position to open the opening. The lens barriers (14 to 17) are contained in the barrier case (11) in order not to be exposed at the opening, when they are positioned to open the opening. The thus provided lens hood device can improve the operability without enlarging the size of an image pickup device.

  • Patent number: 7400358
Abstract: The card attachment apparatus is provided such that, when a card-like recording medium is inserted or pulled out, the attachment unit is rotated a predetermined angle to project from the device and a blocking cover is simultaneously pulled in, thereby allowing memory card to be pinched and taken out in an easy manner. This attachment unit has top face cover on which operation button is provided, thereby eliminating a space in a main body of camcorder in which operation button is provided. When opening section is moved, the attachment unit is opened and the memory card can be inserted or pulled out.

  • Publication number: 20050174477
Abstract: An objective is to provide a card attachment apparatus that can provide the downsizing of camcorder (101) while securing the operationality, style, and design. Memory card (103) is generally stored in a covered manner by allowing a cut-out section provided at one end of an attachment unit to be blocked by a blocking cover. The card attachment apparatus is provided such that, when memory card (103) is inserted or pulsed out, the attachment unit is rotated a predetermined angle to project from the device and a blocking cover (not shown) is simultaneously pulled in, thereby allowing memory card (103) to be pinched and taken out in an easy manner. This attachment unit has top face cover 104 on which operation button (102) is provided, thereby eliminating a space in a main body of camcorder (101) in which operation button (102) is provided. When opening section (105) is moved in the direction of arrow R, the attachment unit is opened.

  • Patent number: 6115069
Abstract: A video camera with electronic monitor which prevents interference of an electronic monitor and a cassette holder by restricting the movement of the cassette holder based on the detection of opening and rotating angles of the electronic monitor with respect to a video camera body. The video camera with electronic monitor includes the video camera body, the electronic monitor openably attached to the video camera body in a rotatable fashion while it is opened, a fulcrum for supporting the electronic monitor against the video camera body in an openable and rotatable fashion, the cassette holder disposed on the video camera body close to the electronic monitor which projects from the video camera body, and a controller for restricting the movement of the cassette holder by detecting the opening and rotating angles of the electronic monitor with respect to the video camera body.
