  • Patent number: 11204363
Abstract: A pipette tip leading end detection device for detecting that a leading end of a pipette tip is close to a reference surface set to a reaction vessel includes a pipette nozzle, pump, nozzle driver, pressure sensor that detects a pressure generated between the pipette tip and pump, and hardware processor. The hardware processor obtains a determination value using an AD conversion value obtained from the pressure while the pipette nozzle is being lowered, and detects that the leading end of the pipette tip is close to the reference surface on the basis that the determination value is a threshold value or more. The determination value is a calculation value indicating a pressure change speed calculated from AD conversion values within a past certain time and the threshold value is a value larger than maximum noise.

  • Publication number: 20050263937
Abstract: An impermeable rubber hose is thinned for the purpose of reducing weight and costs. A rigid resin film is used as an intermediate layer. When the resin film is gradually rolled up into a cylindrical shape from a planar shape and fed to an extrusion head and rubber is simultaneously extrusion-molded inside and outside the cylindrical film, the film produces a break or a twist to make extrusion molding difficult. It is an object of the present invention to make simultaneous extrusion molding possible even in such a condition. To attain the above object, a thermoplastic resin film (5) which forms an intermediate layer (2) and of which the melting point is lower than the vulcanizing temperature is formed in a long belt-shape. Slits (7) are provided at fixed intervals on the right and left long side sections (8, 8) of the film (5) in the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 6113853
Abstract: In a sterilizing and rinsing water generating method of generating sterilizing and rinsing water by increasing the electric conductivity of water by adding halide electrolytes to the water and creating hypohalogenous acid by electrolyzing the water using an anode plate and a cathode, the mole ratio of bromide ions and chloride ions supplied by the electrolytes is set to 57:43 or a value in the vicinity of it. The sterilizing and rinsing water generated by the method can sterilize even germs which form spores having a high tolerance. There is also provided a sterilizing and rinsing water generating apparatus for embodying the method.

  • Patent number: 6106691
Abstract: In a medical instrument sterilizing and washing method and apparatus for sterilizing and washing a medical instrument in a short time without corroding the metal forming the medical instrument to be washed. The sterilizing and washing method comprises the steps of preparing an electrolytic aqueous solution by adding and dissolving a halide composed of a bromide compound as a simple substance or a bromide compound and other halogenated compound to and in tap water; directly subjecting the electrolytic aqueous solution to electrolysis through electrode plates composed of an anode and a cathode and generating electrolytically-generated water containing hypohalogenous acid; and sterilizing and washing the medical instrument with the electrolytically-generated water while maintaining the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) in the electrolytic water to at least 6 at all times.
