  • Publication number: 20240090535
Abstract: Provided is a method of producing a feed or food product in which an inner layer is encrusted with a gelled outer layer composition, the method including the steps of: preparing an outer layer composition feedstock by adding a secondary feedstock to a protein feedstock and/or a starch feedstock that forms a gel upon heating and then mixing by stirring, and preparing an inner layer composition that is encrusted with the outer layer composition; extrusion molding with an extruder provided with a double nozzle so as to cover a surface of the inner layer composition while simultaneously gelling the outer layer composition feedstock by heat treatment; and cutting a continuously extruded cylindrically shaped product to a fixed length with a shutter mechanism while simultaneously encrusting a cut surface with the gelled outer layer composition.

  • Publication number: 20060257926
Abstract: Provided is a method for quantitatively measuring an antigen having diverse phenotypes with accuracy in immunoassay. The present invention is particularly intended to latex turbidimetric immunoassay using the antigen-antibody reaction of an antigen having phenotypes, wherein, in detection utilizing the immunoassay, the amount of an antibody against the antigen added to an assay system is adjusted and a basic amino acid is added to the assay system, thereby circumventing the variability of a measurement value attributable to phenotype variety and obtaining a measurement value having a high correlation with a measurement value of the antigen in a biological sample that is measured on a molecular basis.

  • Patent number: 4699673
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an aluminum alloy sheet excellent in hot formability. A hot rolled plate of an aluminum alloy is cold rolled into a cold rolled sheet with a reduction ratio of at least 20%. The cold rolled sheet thus obtained is subjected to intermediate heat treatment wherein it is heated to a temperature of 420.degree. to 560.degree. C., at a heating rate of at least 2.degree. C. per second while it is heated from 150.degree. to 350.degree. C., and the sheet is then cooled to room temperature, at a cooling rate of at least 1.degree. C. per second while it is cooled from 420.degree. to 150.degree. C. The resulting heat treated sheet is subjected to final cold rolling with a reduction ratio of 15 to 60%.

  • Patent number: 4296848
Abstract: A free wheel hub mechanism made up of a body secured to a wheel, an inner race secured to an axle shaft and rotatable therewith, means for engaging the inner race with the body only upon rotation of the shaft and for otherwise permitting free rotation of the body. A shoe receiving member is secured to a spindle sleeve of the axle shaft and has a receiving surface which crosses the axle shaft at substantially a right angle. A shoe means maintains the engaging means in its engaged condition, the shoe means having a sliding surface which crosses the axle shaft at a substantially right angle, and a spring biases the sliding surface of the shoe means against the receiving surface of the shoe receiving member.

  • Patent number: 4291791
Abstract: A free wheel hub mechanism including a body fixed to a wheel, an annular clutch continuously engaged with the body, an interengaging member connected to an axle shaft rotatable therewith and engageable with the annular clutch, a follower operatively connected to the annular clutch and axially movable in response to the rotation of a manual handle, and a nut fixed to the axle shaft for supplying a preload force on a taper bearing between a housing and the axle shaft.
