  • Patent number: 7928617
Abstract: A resolver fixing structure which does not cause distortion at a resolver stator is provided. The resolver fixing structure arranged between coil ends of a stator constituting a rotating electrical machine includes a ring portion as a base member having a hole, and a resolver stator press-fitted into the hole. The resolver stator has an outer circumferential portion provided with a shield member coming into contact with the hole.

  • Patent number: 7476996
Abstract: A resolver external conductor fixing structure which includes a connection body having a plurality of leads, and a terminal pin holding part formed on a portion of an insulation cover for an annular stator. The terminal pin holding part and the connection body are configured to detachably engage to allow the leads to be disconnected during assembly of a resolver and connected when assembly is complete.

  • Publication number: 20080036315
Abstract: The present invention provides a resolver external conductor fixing structure in which a connection body to which leads are connected is formed detachable from a terminal pin holding part so that the leads can be disconnected during the assembly of a resolver and connected after the assembly. An insulation cover (100) is formed on a ring-like stator (1) by integral molding, a terminal pin holding part (8) is formed at a part of the insulation cover (100), and a connection body (101) having leads (11) is formed detachable from the terminal pin holding part (8). Thus, during the assembly of the resolver, the leads (11) can be disconnected, and after the resolver is assembled, the leads (11) can be connected.

  • Publication number: 20080024021
Abstract: A resolver fixing structure which does not cause distortion at a resolver stator is provided. The resolver fixing structure arranged between coil ends (301) of a stator (302) constituting a rotating electrical machine includes a ring portion (305) as a base member having a hole (310), and a resolver stator (41) press-fitted into the hole (310). The resolver stator (41) has an outer circumferential portion provided with a shield member (242) coming into contact with the hole (310).

  • Patent number: 7157820
Abstract: Plurality of air gaps are formed in a torus-shaped stator body of the resolver. If a straight line were drawn from a center point of the stator body toward the outside in the radial direction of the stator body and the straight line were rotated 360 degrees about the center point, the straight line would intersect with at least one of an inside air gap and an outside air gap. Therefore, magnetic flux (i.e., noise caused by magnetism) that has penetrated from the outer peripheral surface side of the stator body will always pass through a portion of the stator body that is to the outside in the radial direction of the air gaps, such that a large portion of the magnetic flux is eliminated by the air gaps.
