A method for reducing adsorption of bubbles onto a cell side surface in an immunoassay, the method including carrying out a reaction and/or measurement in a presence of a surfactant, wherein the immunoassay comprises carrying out an antigen-antibody reaction in a dry plastic cell using an immunoassay reagent which immunologically reacts with a substance to be measured in a sample and carrying out an optical measurement of a resultant reacted product.
