The thin-film layer includes contact portions in contact with the fibers and a non-contact portion separated from the fibers, the contact portions include at least one portion in contact with at least one of the fibers such that the at least one portion extends along a surface of the at least one fiber in contact therewith, and the thin-film layer has an average film thickness in the at least one portion which is less than an average film thickness of the thin-film layer in the non-contact portion.

The output data of the encoder is then fed back. This configures a pseudo imaging system.
