  • Publication number: 20240105628
Abstract: A radio frequency module includes a mounting substrate, a first electronic component, a second electronic component, a connection terminal, and a wiring layer. The second electronic component is disposed on the second main surface of the mounting substrate. The connection terminal is disposed on the second main surface of the mounting substrate and is connected to the mounting substrate and the wiring layer. The wiring layer faces the second main surface of the mounting substrate with the second electronic component interposed therebetween and is in contact with the connection terminal. The wiring layer has a base material and an external connection electrode. The base material has a second conductive member connected to the first conductive member of the mounting substrate with the connection terminal interposed therebetween. The external connection electrode is connected to the second conductive member. The wiring layer is in contact with the second electronic component.

  • Publication number: 20240096667
Abstract: A defect inspection device in which an optical axis of a detection optical system is inclined with respect to a surface of a sample, and an imaging sensor is inclined with respect to the optical axis, a height variation amount of an illumination spot in a normal direction of the surface of the sample is calculated based on an output of a height measuring unit, a deviation amount of the focusing position with respect to the light receiving surface in an optical axis direction of the detection optical system is calculated based on the height variation amount of the illumination spot, the deviation amount of the focusing position being generated accompanying a height variation of the illumination spot, and the focus actuator is controlled based on the deviation amount of the focusing position, and scattered light intensities at the same coordinates of the sample are added.

  • Patent number: 7985397
Abstract: A method of treating hydrogen sulfide or producing hydrogen which comprises disposing a liquid tank having a photocatalyst electrode comprising a photocatalyst and a liquid tank having a metal electrode so that the two liquid tanks are separated from each other by a cation-exchange membrane, placing a liquid containing either hydrogen sulfide or an organic substance in the liquid tank having the photocatalyst electrode, electrically connecting the photocatalyst electrode to the metal electrode, and exposing the photocatalyst to a light. The liquid to be placed in the liquid tank having the metal electrode preferably is an acidic solution. The photocatalyst preferably comprises a metal sulfide, and preferably is fine particles having a layered nanocapsule structure.

  • Publication number: 20080245655
Abstract: A technique is provided which enables highly efficient hydrogen sulfide decomposition and hydrogen generation with a photocatalyst. It is a method of treating hydrogen sulfide or producing hydrogen which comprises disposing a liquid tank having a photocatalyst electrode 1 comprising a photocatalyst and a liquid tank having a metal electrode 2 so that the two liquid tanks are separated from each other by a cation-exchange membrane 3, placing a liquid containing either hydrogen sulfide or an organic substance in the liquid tank having the photocatalyst electrode 3, electrically connecting the photocatalyst electrode 3 to the metal electrode 2, and exposing the photocatalyst to a light. The liquid to be placed in the liquid tank having the metal electrode 2 preferably is an acidic solution. The photocatalyst preferably comprises a metal sulfide, and preferably is fine particles having a layered nanocapsule structure.

  • Patent number: 4639889
Abstract: A data communication system comprises a plurality of terminal units having different addresses individually and a main control assembly connected to the terminal units by transmission lines for controlling the terminal units. The terminal units include a first group of terminal units and second group of terminal units. The main control assembly controls the first group of terminal units according to a series of instructions for controlling the units in a predetermined sequence. When executing one instruction, the main control assembly performs data communication with only the one specific terminal unit relevant to the instruction. Concomitantly with the communication with the specific terminal unit, the main control assembly scans and communicates with the second group of terminal units only during periods that specified conditions exist. In addition, means are provided for communicating malfunction information between the main control assembly and the terminal units.
