Abstract: A method for coating a lubrication paint on a disk-shaped substrate, comprising: applying the lubrication paint on a sliding portion of the disk-shaped substrate from a paint supply nozzle while rotating the disk-shaped substrate in the horizontal plane; and leveling the lubrication paint applied on the sliding portion by contacting the lubrication paint with a doctor knife that is arranged at a downstream position in the direction of rotation of the disk-shaped substrate. The disk-shaped substrate may be the swash plate of a swash plate compressor.

Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To improve the adhesion resistance of a swash plate in a swash plate type compressor. [Means to Solve the Problem] Lubrication film made of a cured coating film composed of a binder resin containing 100% by weight of polyamideimide resin and 2 to 18% by weight of bisphenol-A epoxy resin, and a solid lubricant containing polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite is provided on the surface of the swash plate substrate.

Abstract: [Problem] In a swash plate of a swash plate type compressor, adhesion resistance of the swash plate will be greatly improved as compared with that achieved in the prior art by optimizing the average aspect ratio and the average particle size of the fluororesin particles contained in a lubrication film provided on the swash plate. [Solution] In a swash plate of a swash plate type compressor, a lubrication film composed of a binder resin, the fluororesin particles having an average aspect ratio of 1 to 1.5 and an average particle size of 7 to 13 micron-meters, and the graphite is provided at a sliding portion against a shoe of the swash plate.

Abstract: [Problems to be Solved] The object of the present invention is to provide a method of providing a paint film even in a film thickness excluding a masking operation which can efficiently coat a paint just on a sliding portion, and can provide a paint film having an even film thickness over the entire area of the sliding portion when the lubrication paint is coated on a disk-shaped substrate such as a swash plate of a swash-plate compressor. [Means to Solve the Problem] The coating method includes: supplying of the lubrication paint on the sliding portion of the disk-shaped substrate from a paint supply nozzle while rotating the disk-shaped substrate such as the swash plate of the swash-plate compressor in a horizontal direction; and leveling of the lubrication paint supplied on the sliding portion, by a doctor knife that is arranged at a downstream position in a rotative direction of the disk-shaped substrate.
