Editing of the pinup board information is performed by employing the client terminal device 10jk. When a command is inputted to select a single anchor icon that is included upon a pinup board screen being displayed upon the display part of the client terminal device 10jk, the client terminal device 10jk accesses the access destination that corresponds to the selected anchor icon. As a result, convenience and efficiency are improved for the user when performing operation to access content of various types.
