  • Patent number: 11745301
Abstract: Provided is a rotary tool. In the rotary tool, the rotating tip tool is mounted on a spindle by the fixture, and the spindle and the tip tool are rotated by a motor. The rotary tool has a switch which can switch the motor between a rotation state and a stop state, and a control device which controls the rotation of the motor corresponding to the operation of the switch. When the switch is turned off after a required time T elapses after the motor is started, the control device stops the rotary tool (104d, 106d) by performing a common braking operation on the spindle, and when the switch is turned off before the required time T elapses after the motor is started, the control device stops the tip tool (101d) by inertia without applying a braking force.

  • Publication number: 20230173650
Abstract: A work machine is configured so that multiple groups are prepared in advance as drive modes and so that it is possible to switch between these groups. The work machine having multiple drive modes is configured so that multiple sets (first to third groups) of drive modes are provided and so that it is possible to switch between the first to third groups, whereby it is possible to provide a variety of drive modes to an operator. The operation for switching between the first to third groups includes both a normal operation and a long-press operation of a first switch for changing drive modes in the work machine. This makes it possible for an operator to switch from a standard drive mode group (first group) set as a factory default to a desired drive mode group (second or third group).

  • Patent number: 11541523
Abstract: A drilling tool includes: a drive source; a bit attachment portion to which an end bit is attachable; a power transmission portion configured to apply a motive force to the end bit attached to the bit attachment portion; an operation portion switchable between an ON-state and an OFF-state by a manual operation and configured to receive a setting operation for setting a stop condition; and a controller configured to set the stop condition based on the setting operation, and to start driving of the drive source in response to a first switching operation for switching the operation portion from the OFF-state to the ON-state. In a state where the stop condition is set, even when the operation portion is in the ON-state, the controller stops driving of the drive source in response to the stop condition being met while the drive source is being driven.

  • Patent number: 9950417
Abstract: An electronic pulse driver includes a motor, a hammer, an anvil, an end tool mounting unit, a power supply unit, and a control unit. The hammer is rotatable together with the anvil. The end tool mounting unit transmits the rotation of the anvil to an end tool. The power supply unit supplies a drive electric power to the motor. The control unit controls the power supply unit to halt a supply of the drive electric power to the motor when an electric current flowing to the motor increases to a prescribed value. The control unit controls the power supply unit to supply to the motor a prestart electric power lower than the drive electric power before supplying the drive electric power in order to permit the power supply unit to supply the drive electric power after the hammer is in contact with the anvil.
