  • Patent number: 9318079
Abstract: In a mobile terminal apparatus, a display unit displays a diagnostic image read from an image storage device. The image storage device stores plural image groups, each of which includes plural diagnostic images. Movement of the display unit is detected. Assuming that the display unit is moved in a mode of transverse movement while a first diagnostic image included in a first image group is displayed on the display unit, then changeover is carried out to display a second diagnostic image being included in the first image group and different from the first diagnostic image. Assuming that the display unit is moved in a mode of a single shake different from the mode of transverse movement while the first diagnostic image is displayed on the display unit, then changeover is carried out to display a third diagnostic image being included in an image group different from the first image group.

  • Publication number: 20160092637
Abstract: A medical assistance server generates a medical assistance screen, and distributes the medical assistance screen to a client terminal. The medical assistance screen includes a medical schedule display region where a medical schedule is displayed and a relevant information display region where relevant information is displayed. In the medical schedule display region, a medical schedule in which medical acts are arranged in time series is displayed, so that one of the displayed medical acts can be selected. In the relevant information display region, various kinds of information that are referred to when performing the medical act selected in the medical schedule display region are displayed. The user can perform a medical examination by referring to the schedule and the relevant information.

  • Publication number: 20160087942
Abstract: To provide a VPN access control system, an operating method thereof, a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having a program recorded thereon, a VPN router, and a server capable of reducing the effort of work of an administrator and quickly permitting remote access. A VPN access control system includes a VPN router and an image server. The VPN router executes a router authentication process based on router authentication information, and the image server executes a server authentication process based on server authentication information. The image server receives an access right granting request from a portable terminal of a registered user to which the access right has been granted and executes a first user registration process. The VPN router executes a second user registration process based on a command from the image server, and transmits an authentication information notification to a user who is an access right granting target.

  • Publication number: 20160078748
Abstract: The emergency detection system includes a position information acquisition section, a presumption section, a determination section, and a notification section. The position information acquisition section acquires position information that indicates temporal changes of current positions of a plurality of portable terminals obtained using a GPS. The presumption section presumes a point of emergency occurrence on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition section. The determination section examines whether or not the point presumed by the presumption section corresponds to an exclusion area, and determines that the point presumed by the presumption section is the point of the emergency occurrence in the case where the point does not correspond to the exclusion area. The notification section notifies the point of the emergency occurrence, which is determined by the determination section, to terminals at a preset destination of the notification.

  • Patent number: 9215595
Abstract: In an information sharing system, a data security apparatus includes a location acquisition device for acquiring GPS location information of a current location of a mobile terminal apparatus. A location evaluator checks whether the mobile terminal apparatus is located within a zone area according to the location information. A storage device stores association information of a relationship between the zone area and medical data of a medical chart allowed to be read within the zone area by authorization. A cancellation signal generator generates a cancellation signal for instructing cancellation of the medical data in case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus is moved out of the zone area. Furthermore, a data distributer transmits the medical data to the mobile terminal apparatus. In case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus has entered the zone area, the data distributer starts transmitting the medical data.

  • Publication number: 20140292777
Abstract: A mobile terminal apparatus having a radio communication interface for radio communication includes a touchscreen device. A program receiver receives program from a server apparatus storing plural sets of program, for communication access to an imaging apparatus. A controller functions according to the received program, drives the touchscreen device to display a user interface view, and causes the radio communication interface to perform the communication access to the imaging apparatus. Preferably, the controller transmits a signal to and receives a signal from the imaging apparatus by the communication access. Furthermore, the touchscreen device as an information input device inputs modality information for recognition of the imaging apparatus. The program receiver transmits the input modality information to the server apparatus, and acquires the program according to the modality information from the server apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20140285647
Abstract: A portable terminal apparatus for imaging diagnosis includes an object recognition unit for selectively specifying one object (body part or anatomical region) in a body, so as to output object information. A region of the object is changeable according to a terminal position or terminal orientation relative to the body. An image acquisition device acquires a medical image from a server apparatus with relevancy to the object according to the object information. A display unit displays the medical image. Preferably, furthermore, an optical camera optically images the object to create a local image. The object recognition unit specifies the object by image analysis of the local image. Also, the object recognition unit compares the local image with an optical body image created by optically imaging the body wholly in the optical camera, to detect the object in the local image.

  • Publication number: 20140267430
Abstract: In an image viewing system, a medical image is displayed on a display panel having a predetermined aspect ratio. One of a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation in which the display panel is positioned is detected. A longitudinal direction of the display panel is vertical in case of the vertical orientation, and is horizontal in case of the horizontal orientation. The medical image is processed in rotation processing relative to the display panel by maintaining a size of the medical image in compliance with one of the horizontal and vertical orientations of the display panel, to orient the medical image in a proper orientation relative to a viewing direction to the display panel. Assuming that a blank area is created outside a display area of the medical image on the display panel after the rotation processing, relevant information relevant to the medical image is displayed in the blank area.

  • Publication number: 20140095202
Abstract: When a notice of medication completion, which indicates completion of medication to a patient, is transmitted from an electronic medical chart server, a medication effect information transmission device collects medication effect information relating to a medication effect on the patient from an image server and an electronic medical chart server. The medication effect information transmission device transmits and stores the collected medication effect information to a medication effect information database. A client terminal searches a medication effect information server on a basis of a drug's name and attribute data of the patient. The medication effect information server transmits average medication effect information, which represents an average medication effect of the designated drug, to the client terminal. The client terminal displays the average medication effect information in a time series on a monitor.
