  • Publication number: 20230005693
Abstract: The present application invention provides a fuse capable of saving space inside a casing even when the casing includes a plurality of fusion parts arranged side by side. A fuse includes: a fuse element including a fusion part provided between a pair of terminal portions; and a casing configured to house a part of the fuse element while causing the terminal portions to protrude outward. Two or more of the fusion parts are arranged in a lateral direction X orthogonal to a terminal portion direction Y connecting the terminal portions and connected to the terminal portions. The casing includes two casing split pieces configured to house the fuse element to sandwich the fuse element. The respective casing split pieces are fixed to each other by a frame-shaped fixing member configured to make one round of a periphery of the respective casing split pieces. A housing space N1 of the casing has a maximum width L1 in the vertical direction Z narrower than a maximum width L2 in the lateral direction X.

  • Patent number: 8710619
Abstract: To provide, in a semiconductor device formed on an SOI substrate and having a semiconductor layer of the SOI substrate surrounded, at the periphery of the element region thereof, with element isolation, a technology capable of preventing reliability deterioration attributed to the element isolation. Appearance of a hollow, which is formed upon filling of a deep trench with an insulating film, from the upper surface of the insulating film can be prevented by setting the trench width of the upper portion of the deep trench configuring trench isolation at less than 1.2 ?m. Reduction in the breakdown voltage between adjacent element regions which may presumably occur due to a decrease in the trench width of the upper portion of the deep trench can be prevented by forming, on the upper portion of the deep trench, an LOCOS insulating film coupled to the insulating film filled in the deep trench.

  • Patent number: 8711236
Abstract: A blur correction device includes: a base body; a holder that holds an optical element; a drive section that moves the holder with respect to the base body in two directions that are orthogonal to a direction of an optical axis of the optical element and that are orthogonal to each other; and a plate spring that couples the base body and the holder to each other and that urges the holder in the optical axis direction to position the optical element with respect to the base body, the plate spring being elastically deformed when the holder is moved with respect to the base body in the two directions.

  • Patent number: 8692931
Abstract: A shutter section (84), mounted to a front surface (2202) of a front lens barrel (22), is included. The shutter section (84) has a shutter blade (not shown) that opens and closes an optical path of an image pickup optical system (28), an actuator (not shown) that drives the shutter blade, and a case (86) that accommodates the shutter blade and the actuator and that is provided with an opening (8610) for the optical path. The shutter section (84) is mounted to the front surface (2202) of the front lens barrel (22) by stopping a cover-side engagement stopping section (88) of the cover (26) and a case-side engagement stopping section (90) of the case (86) by engaging them with each other. By these structures, it is possible to provide a camera module that is advantageous in terms of reducing costs and size.
