  • Publication number: 20140023343
Abstract: A system of this invention is a video processing system for detecting a change of a capturing target based on a video whose capturing range changes. This video processing system includes a capturing unit that captures the video whose capturing range changes, a feature extractor that extracts a frame feature of each frame from the captured video, a feature storage that stores, for each frame, the frame feature extracted by the feature extractor, a frame searcher that searches for a frame, a frame feature of which is stored in the feature storage, having a capturing range matching that of the newly captured frame by comparing a frame feature of a newly captured frame with the frame features stored in the feature storage, and a change detector that detects a change of the capturing target based on a difference between the frame feature of the newly captured frame and the frame feature of the frame found by the frame searcher.

  • Publication number: 20140010521
Abstract: A system of this invention is a video processing system for outputting additional information to be added to a video content. This video processing system includes a frame feature extractor that extracts a frame feature of a frame included in an arbitrary video content, a video content extractor that extracts a video content group having a scene formed from a series of a plurality of frames in the arbitrary video content by comparing frame features of the arbitrary video content extracted by the frame feature extractor with frame features of another video contents, the video content group including an original video content with the scene unaltered and one or more derivative video contents with the scene altered, and an additional information extractor that extracts additional information added to the scene of the extracted video content group. With this arrangement, additional information added to a video content group including an identical scene can be referred to from one video content.

  • Publication number: 20040044476
Abstract: The environmental assessment system includes a first input unit 1 and a second input unit 3 for respectively inputting types of activities and quantities of activities related to a reference system and a targeted system. The first storing unit 2 stores the data inputted by the first input unit 1 and the second storing unit 4 stores the data inputted by the second input unit 3. The third storing unit 5 stores environmental impact information including “environmental impact value per unit” for each activities of the reference system and the targeted system. The environmental impact assessment unit 6 calculates total environmental impact value exhausted by the reference system and the targeted system based on data stored in the first storing unit 2, the second storing unit 4, and the third storing unit 5.

  • Patent number: 4089255
Abstract: A method is disclosed which makes a bag-in-carton by successively and intermittently advancing cartons, the upper ends of which are opened, and during the advancement successively supplying each of the cartons with a flattened bag, and subsequently blowing up the bag. A bag supplying apparatus and a bag blowing up apparatus used for performing the method are also disclosed. The bag supplying apparatus comprises means for supplying tubular material, roller means for intermittently advancing the material, means for providing the material with side folds while the material is being advanced, means for heat sealing the side folded material thereacross at the places spaced by the distance equal to the desired length of the bag to form bottom seams, and means for cutting the material just below the bottom seams to provide bags.
