  • Publication number: 20230069747
Abstract: An automatic analyzing apparatus according to an embodiment includes first and second conveyance paths, a sample dispensing mechanism, and processing circuitry. The first conveyance path conveys a first container rack that holds a container housing the sample. The second conveyance path conveys a second container rack that holds a container housing at least one of a detergent solution for cleaning a probe that dispenses the sample, a diluent for diluting the sample, a buffer solution for mixing the sample, a solution used for a blank test with the sample, and a solution for performing calibration measurement for the apparatus. The sample dispensing mechanism is configured so that the probe can aspirate a liquid in the container of the first container rack and the second container rack. The processing circuitry controls operations of the first conveyance path, the second conveyance path, and the sample dispensing mechanism.

  • Patent number: 10837975
Abstract: An automatic analyzing apparatus includes a reagent depository, a wave radiator, a wave receiver, a switcher, and processing circuitry. The wave radiator sends a radio wave to a plurality of wireless tags. The wireless tags are comprised by respective reagent containers in the reagent depository or by respective reagent containers at a reagent retaining space. The wave receiver receives return radio waves from the wireless tags that have received the radio wave. The switcher changes a response state of one of the wireless tags. The processing circuitry specifies reagent information corresponding to the reagent container that comprises the response state-changed wireless tag, based on the return radio waves received before and after the response state is changed.

  • Publication number: 20090114538
Abstract: An example of the present invention is an automated biochemical analyzer which executes a process of analyzing a sample to be tested. The analyzer includes, an electrolyte detection unit which measures ions in the sample, a constant temperature bath which holds a solution mixture of the sample and the reagent at a predetermined measurement temperature, a cleaning unit which executes a cleaning process of cleaning at least one of parts used in a process of analyzing the sample, an analysis unit which executes an analysis process on at least one liquid of an additive to be added to the constant temperature bath, a cleaning solution to be used in the cleaning process, and an electrolytic solution to be used in the electrolyte detection unit, and acquires an index for representing properties, and a control unit which determines whether the index falls within a preset appropriate range.

  • Publication number: 20040224351
Abstract: A measuring section measures a measuring object to generate a plurality of measurements for a plurality of measurement assays. Anomaly sensors detect an anomaly during a measuring process for each measurement. A memory stores the plurality of measurements. A primary-error-code associating section associates a primary error code with at least one measurement in which an anomaly was detected during the measuring process. A secondary-error-code associating section associates a secondary error code with at least one measurement in which no anomaly was detected during the measuring process.

  • Patent number: 5298424
Abstract: A chemical analysis system including a suction unit for sucking an amount of a sample from a sample vessel and determining whether or not the sucked sample is of a sufficient amount for analysis. If the sucked amount is of a sufficient amount, it is transferred directly to a reaction vessel for mixture with a reagent in a measurement unit for analysis. If the sucked amount is of an insufficient amount, it is initially transferred to a temporary sample storage unit in order to detect the amount of insufficiency and then is transferred to the measurement unit for mixture with the reagent and also with a dilution solution which is added to the insufficient sample in an amount determined by the amount of insufficiency determined in the temporary sample storage unit. Then, the analysis of the previously insufficient amount of sample is performed taking into account the amount of dilution solution added to the previously insufficient amount of sample.

  • Patent number: 4678755
Abstract: An automatic chemical analyzer performs calibration by comparing a measured value obtained by measuring a reaction solution, obtained by reacting a sample with a reagent, with a calibration curve corresponding to the analysis item. In the apparatus, a desired number of analysis items and calibration intervals corresponding to the analysis items are set by an input device, and stored in the memory. A control device has a counting device, and checks if the calibration interval stored in the memory has elapsed for each analysis item so as to supply calibration alarm data and/or calibration indication data in accordance with the checking result and upon interlocking with the counting device. A display displays at least one of the above data.
