When the system control server detects a fault in an analytical device control server, the system control server determines a new assignment destination from among other normally functioning analytical device control servers, transmits analytical parameter information and analysis data saved in an analysis information storage unit to the assignment destination analytical device control server, and transmits a command to continue execution of control of analysis of the analytical device to that analytical device control server.
