    Abstract: A vehicle air-conditioning system provided with a refrigeration cycle system is provided. The air-conditioning system includes an evaporator outlet air target temperature setting unit which sets the target temperature of air at an outlet of an evaporator at a predetermined temperature greater than or equal to a minimum temperature which is set for preventing freezing of the evaporator. The target temperature setting unit controls the predetermined temperature to the minimum temperature when the vehicle speed is lower than or equal to a predetermined vehicle speed.
