The body has an inner diameter of 200 to 470 mm. A gap of 10 mm at the minimum is provided between an inner shell and the body. The pressing member weighs 600 to 2000 g. Thus, the wire is prevented from being tangled and/or kinked when being pulled out, and the occurrence of decoiling failure is prevented.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a vehicle drive force control. When a driver requests to start the vehicle with the brake OFF and depresses the accelerator pedal, a target drive torque exceeds a gradient load. To avoid excess current being supplied to the motor, the upper limit of motor speed, which is the input speed of a second clutch, is set to a value less than a slip detectable limit value at which it becomes possible to detect slip rotation, i.e. the difference over the output side rotation speed. When the target drive torque exceeds the gradient load, the lower limit of the input speed of the second clutch (the motor speed) is set to a value equal to or greater than the slip detectable limit value so that the required driving force can be achieved by the gradient load corresponding driving force control.

    Abstract: A sensor transmits and receives wireless signals at intervals. A sensor unit, a processor 130, a wireless transmitter circuit, and a wireless receiver circuit are activated in sequence only for a fixed time when the electric power generated by a generator circuit and charged in a capacitor reaches a preset level. Sensing information detected by the sensor unit is processed by the processor circuit and, information on the number of receivable bytes is added to the processing results in the wireless receiver circuit. This added information is sent as sensor information to the wireless host from the wireless transmitting circuit, and the wireless receiver circuit that activated after the wireless transmitter circuit was activated, receives a control information signal from the wireless host. This received information is processed in the processor circuit.

    Abstract: In a conventional hybrid scheme used to mount a rechargeable battery in a motor vehicle, store into the battery the electric power that has been obtained via a regenerative brake, and utilize the power during acceleration of the vehicle, when a temperature rise of the battery due to charging or discharging causes a temperature of the battery to stay outside a defined range, it has been absolutely necessary to stop the battery charge or discharge, and fuel efficiency has decreased. This invention predicts a charge level and temperature of a rechargeable battery from the cruising input/output power requirements calculated from route information and historical records of cruising, prevents a stoppage of the battery by calculating chronological engine output and brake control data for the temperature to stay within a defined range, and hence improves fuel efficiency.

The optical bus-bridging device changes the mode of the electric bus when the optical fiber does not change within a predetermined period of time after the optical bus-bridging device has outputted a signal to the optical fiber.
