  • Patent number: 10832410
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a computer system, a method, and a program for diagnosing a subject that improve the accuracy of diagnosis by combining a plurality of time-series image data more than that by a conventional single image analysis. The computer system for diagnosing a subject acquires a plurality of first subject images with time series variation of the subject, analyzes the acquired first subject images, acquires a plurality of second subject images with time series variation of another subject in the past, analyzes the acquired second subject images, checks the analysis result of the first subject images and the analysis result of the second subject images, and diagnoses the subject based on the check result.

  • Publication number: 20200197574
Abstract: The present invention provides a production method of a filament for which a hydrogel having lower strength than a native collagen gel can be used as a raw material. The present invention provides a filament obtained by the above production method and having excellent strength. The production method of the filament includes a step A of irradiating columnar hydrogel with ultraviolet rays; step B of vitrifying the columnar hydrogel after irradiation with the ultraviolet rays to obtain a filamentous hydrogel dried body; and a step C of rehydrating the filamentous hydrogel dried body to obtain a filamentous vitrigel, in this order. The filament is formed of a vitrigel dried body, and to which a hydrophobic solvent is adhered or impregnated.

  • Publication number: 20130267488
Abstract: [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a neuroprotective agent which is capable of effectively protecting intraocular cells including optic nerves and is effective as a composition for ophthalmic membrane staining in cases where removal of an ophthalmic membrane is carried out. [Solution] The purpose is achieved by a neuroprotective agent which contains, as active ingredients: Brilliant Blue G, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a harmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof; and triamcinolone acetonide, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. This neuroprotective agent has ophthalmic membrane staining effect due to BBG and exhibits extremely high neuroprotective activity due to synergetic effect of Brilliant Blue G and triamcinolone acetonide.
