The auxiliary heat exchanger is capable of switching between functioning as an evaporator and a condenser, by the second switching means.

The electrical equipment box is arranged inside the casing and has a first box part that is provided below the axial fan and a second box part that is provided below the first box part and has a larger surface area in a plan view than the first box part.
