  • Patent number: 5201080
Abstract: A cleansing control apparatus includes: a cleansing fluid projector for projecting a cleansing fluid; a position controller for controlling the position where the fluid from the cleansing fluid projector hits an aimed part; a pick-up part which monitors the color and brightness of the aimed part so as to thereby output an image signal, and a control part which outputs a control signal to the position controller so as to determine the position of the aimed part to be cleaned on the basis of the image signal from the pick-up unit, whereby it is possible to project a medicine, cleanser, toilet water, etc. different from the cleansing water from a second fluid projector, and the aimed part can be properly treated, for example, a wound of the aimed part can be healed or protected.

  • Patent number: 4867375
Abstract: A temperature-adjustable water supply system used for supplying an appropriate temperature water to a water-using object. The system comprises a mixing device coupled to a hot water supply passage and a cold water supply passage for respectively introducing hot water and cold water thereinto and coupled to a water mixture supply passage for supplying the mixture of the hot water and cold water toward said water-using object. The mixing device includes a flow rate adjusting valve assembly for adjusting the mixture ratio of the hot water and the cold water discharged into the water mixture supply passage. A temperature sensor is provided so as to sense the temperature of the water mixture and a temperature setter for setting a target temperature. Also included in the system is a control unit which calculates a temperature deviation on the basis of the temperature of the mixture sensed by the temperature sensor and the target temperature set by the temperature setter.

  • Patent number: 4787410
Abstract: This gas shut-off system includes a flow rate sensor (2) for detecting a gas flow rate and a control unit having a miocrocomputer (6) which determines abnormal states such as gas leak when a predetermined flow rate continuously keeps over a predetermined time period and automatically closes a shut-off valve (4) in accordance with the determination. A battery (13) is employed as a power-source for the microcomputer (16) and the shut-off valve (4). In order that the consumption amount of the battery (13) is reduced as small as possible, the microcomputer has a standby function and is set to the standby condition except gas flow rate computation and so on until the shut-off valve (4) is opened after set to the shut-off condition. An indicating device for indicating various states of the system comprises a light emitting diode (19) which is single indicator, so that power consumption is reduced.

  • Patent number: 4307576
Abstract: An air conditioning system comprises an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units, a plurality of delivery conduits for supplying working fluid from a variable capacity energy source located in the outdoor unit to the indoor units, and a plurality of control valves respectively provided in the delivery conduits. A temperature sensor and a reference temperature setting device are provided for each room for transmitting corresponding temperature data to a central control unit. The central control unit detects whether the sensed temperature of each room is increasing or decreasing as a function of time and whether the sensed temperature is above or below a predetermined temperature associated with a value established by the reference setting device. Based upon these data the central control unit provides a control signal for closing the valve to divert a certain amount of the total supply energy to other rooms.

  • Patent number: 4289272
Abstract: This invention is directed to a temperature control apparatus for an air-conditioning apparatus which does not require a manual operation in controlling the temperature of a house room relative to the outdoor temperature. The control apparatus utilizes a micro-computer having a linear function stored thereon. The control of the indoor temperature is carried out by calculating the desired indoor temperature using the linear function of outdoor temperature and controlling the air-conditioning apparatus using the desired indoor temperature.

  • Patent number: 4076996
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a power supplier for a magnetron for use in electric appliances, such as a microwave oven. The power supplier of the present disclosure has a solid state frequency converter which changes commercial A.C. power to A.C. power at a high frequency, which A.C. power is increased in voltage in a step-up transformer and then fed to the magnetron. The power supplier further has a control system which stabilizes the power to be applied to the magnetron with respect to a preselected reference level and a power supplier protecting circuit for protecting the power supplier from an unexpected low voltage occurring in the commercial power source.
