  • Publication number: 20220403150
Abstract: A method for producing a vinyl chloride type polymer is to produce the vinyl chloride type polymer by polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer, or a mixture of a vinyl chloride monomer with a monomer copolymerizable with the vinyl chloride monomer in an aqueous medium by using a polymerization reactor. An aqueous solution of a copolymerized polyether having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 3,500 with a mole ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide in the range of 10/90 to 60/40 is charged into the polymerization reactor with an amount of 0.005 to 0.050 part by weight as the copolymerized polyether relative to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride monomer.

  • Patent number: 10189328
Abstract: A bracket (11) has an annular portion (12) provided with a trapezoidal convex portion (13) extending from an inner peripheral edge (12C) to outer peripheral edge (12D) of the annular portion. The convex portion has a top region (13A), an outer wall-side falling region (13B), and an inner wall-side falling region (13C). The annular portion and one vehicle body mounting portion (17) are connected to each other through a non-linear connecting portion (20), and the annular portion and the other vehicle body mounting portion (18) are connected to each other through a non-linear connecting portion (21). This structure makes it possible to increase the moment of inertia of area of the annular portion and to increase the flexural rigidity of the bracket. Further, it is possible to suppress a problem that the connecting portion (20) and the connecting portion (21) become nodes of vibration.

  • Patent number: 8821092
Abstract: A fastening member includes a bolt and a nut for attaching a compressor to a vehicle body. A non-circular relative rotation prevention portion is formed below a head portion of the bolt. A washer is non-rotatably press fitted around the relative rotation prevention portion. Before the attachment, the head portion and the washer are temporarily fixed with a space generated therebetween. An elastic body, which is attached to the compressor, is disposed between the washer and the nut. A cylindrical member is provided at an inner circumference of the elastic body. As a result, when the nut is screwed, an axial force of the nut is transmitted to the washer via the cylindrical member, and the space between the washer and the head portion is reduced, completing the attachment.

  • Patent number: 6231321
Abstract: This invention pertains to an air compressor having a cylinder head with an air supply passage communicating with a discharge hole. First and second exhaust passages are arranged in parallel between the air supply passage and an exhaust port. A pilot-operated switching valve is located at an intermediate position in the first exhaust passage. A solenoid-operated exhaust valve is located at an intermediate position in the second exhaust passage. The solenoid-operated exhaust valve is selectively opened or closed by an externally supplied electric current, thereby controlling a pilot pressure applied to a valving element of the pilot-operated switching valve. The valving element is rested on or separated from a valve seat by the pilot pressure. The compressed air discharge speed can be increased without increasing the size of the cylinder head, and vehicle height adjustment, for example, can be made in a reduced period of time.
