    Abstract: A clip includes a clip body having a flange formed with an insertion hole for receiving a pin; and a substantially cylindrical leg which projects from the bottom surface of the flange, has a hollow interior communicating with the pin insertion hole, and is divided by a plurality of slits formed in the axial direction of the wall thereof into a plurality of segments each formed on the inner side of the tip thereof with a catch projection. The pin has a head and a shaft projecting from the bottom surface of the head, and is formed with a catch for engaging with the catch projections. Each split of the clip body leg is formed wide at the end near the flange and narrow near the tip and the surface of the pin is provided with a plurality of ribs extending in the axial direction of the leg for insertion into at least the wide portions of the slits of the leg.
