  • Publication number: 20090166213
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a production method which enables efficient production of an electro-deposited copper foil with further lower profile when compared to the low-profile electro-deposited copper foils which have been supplied to the market and is excellent in mechanical strength. For the purpose of achieving the object, a production method adopted obtains the electro-deposited copper foil by electrolyzing a sulfuric acid based copper electrolytic solution which contains a quaternary ammonium salt polymer having cyclic structure and chlorine, wherein for the quaternary ammonium salt polymer contained in the sulfuric acid based copper electrolytic solution, a DDAC dimer or higher polymer is used. For the quaternary ammonium salt polymer, a diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride polymer having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 10000 is preferably used.

  • Publication number: 20090151832
Abstract: Provided is a pneumatic tire in which left- and right-side lateral grooves extend between first main grooves and second main grooves, and in which left- and right-side sub grooves extend halfway from the second main grooves toward the first main grooves. The lateral grooves and the sub grooves are disposed alternately with each other at predetermined pitches in tire circumferential directions. The left- and right-side lateral grooves respectively include: first groove portions extending from the first main grooves; and second groove portions extending from the second main grooves while curving inwardly toward tire width directions. The left- and right-side lateral grooves are offset from each other in the tire circumferential directions. Opening portions at both ends of each of the lateral grooves, which are opened to the first main grooves and the second main grooves, are shifted from one another in the tire circumferential directions.

  • Publication number: 20080035562
Abstract: In order to remove fluorine from a zinc containing solution before zinc electro-refining in lower cost, fluorine is removed by adsorption from a zinc containing solution (leached solution) utilizing the character of the predetermined iron compound or zinc compound which can adsorb fluorine in an acid solution and desorb fluorine in an alkaline solution. The fluorine adsorbent/desorbent having adsorbed fluorine is treated in an alkaline solution, to desorb the fluorine. This makes it possible to regenerate the fluorine adsorbent/desorbent. Further, an electrolytic solution for zinc electro-refining can be prepared in lower cost, thus total zinc refining costs can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20080024241
Abstract: A high frequency coupler (2) comprising first and second coupler patterns (11, 12) each having an annular shape broken at one location and formed, facing each other, on the front and rear surfaces of a circuit board (10) consisting of a dielectric and being t thick. The terminals (11a, 11b) of the first coupler pattern (11) serve as unbalanced terminals, and the terminals (12a, 12b) of the second coupler pattern (12) serve as unbalanced terminals from which coplanar lines (41, 42) are led out along the rear surface and connected with a balanced antenna (5). Since the first and second coupler patterns (11, 12) are kept in an electrostatic capacity coupling state as well as in a magnetic induction coupling state, the coupler high in transmission efficiency in a broad band can be realized.

  • Publication number: 20070229368
Abstract: In a RF coupler that has high transmission efficiency in a broad range and that uses an RF printed layered circuit board, strong electrostatic coupling is obtained between circuits, and electromagnetic coupling is also used; C-shaped loops (1, 2) that have parts cut out face the surfaces of a dielectric plate having a thickness t; terminals (1a, 1b) connected to the two ends of the loop (1) are used as primary terminals; terminals (2a, 2b) of the loop (2) are used as secondary terminals; and coplanar lines (4) extend from these terminals along the surface of the dielectric plate up to terminals (41, 42). Therefore, the portions where the loops overlap are couplers, the coplanar lines are secondary transmission lines, and a wide variety of antennas not limited to dipoles may be connected to terminals (4a, 4b).

  • Patent number: 7169054
Abstract: A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus provided between a crankshaft of an engine and a driven-side input shaft includes a flywheel coupled to the crankshaft and a damper assembly disposed in a torque transmission path between the flywheel and the driven-side input shaft. The damper assembly includes a pair of drive plates, a driven plate and a spring damper. A torque limiter is disposed in a torque transmission path between the flywheel and the damper assembly. The torque limiter includes a pair of linings which generates relative rotational slip between the flywheel and the damper assembly when a torque larger than a predetermined amount is transmitted and are adapted to slip when receiving at least a predetermined amount of torque. The linings of the torque limiter are fixed to one of the drive plates and are interposed between a flywheel main body and a damper cover that forms a part of the torque limiter.

  • Patent number: 7000718
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle may run with only the power from a motor MG2, while an engine is at a stop. In this state, the control procedure drives a motor MG1 to rotate a crankshaft at an idling engine speed for a predetermined time period, when at least one of an observed oil temperature in a sump, an observed temperature of the motor MG1, an observed temperature of the motor MG2, an observed revolving speed of the motor MG1, and an observed revolving speed of the motor MG2 is not less than a corresponding preset value. Rotation of the crankshaft at the idling engine speed results in driving an oil pump to feed a supply of lubricating oil to mechanical part of the power output apparatus including a power distribution integration mechanism.
