  • Publication number: 20240106972
Abstract: There is provided an imaging device including: an image processing unit; a face recognition processing unit; a storage unit; and a composition processing unit for generating composite data by a composition process so that persons photographed in each of a plurality of image data are included in one image data. The face recognition processing unit recognizes a first person by performing a face recognition process on first image data. When second image data obtained by photographing a second person at the different photographing timing of the first image data, with the same background as the first image data, is recorded in the storage unit, the composition processing unit generates composite data in which the first person and the second person are superimposed on the same background.

  • Patent number: 9765675
Abstract: Incorporated in an exhaust pipe are an HC-SCR NOx catalyst capable of reducing NOx at temperatures less than a set temperature T and a catalyzed particulate filter with an oxidation catalyst capable of reducing NOx at temperatures not less than the set temperature T. When an exhaust gas temperature is less than the set temperature T, fuel with a set flow rate Q is intermittently added from a fuel addition unit on an entry side of the HC-SCR NOx catalyst to the HC-SCR NOx catalyst; when the exhaust gas temperature is not less than the set temperature T, the fuel with flow rate Q? not less than the set flow rate Q is temporarily rich-spike added from the fuel addition unit and is made arrival at a catalyzed particulate filter. With an active temperature range being expanded, exhaust emission control is performed in a wide temperature range.

  • Patent number: 9623376
Abstract: A carrier gas supplied from a carrier gas source is injected from a carrier gas injection nozzle. Also, a fuel including a hydrocarbon-based liquid and supplied from a fuel source is supplied to a tip end of the carrier gas injection nozzle, whereby this fuel is atomized with the carrier gas injected from the carrier gas injection nozzle. Furthermore, an inlet of a reforming part that decomposes the atomized fuel and reforms the atomized fuel into a reducing gas including either or both of hydrogen and an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon is provided so as to face the carrier gas injection nozzle and the fuel supply nozzle, and a reducing gas supply nozzle that supplies the reducing gas discharged from an outlet of the reforming part is provided in an exhaust pipe.

  • Patent number: 9145805
Abstract: A first selective reduction catalyst including a silver-based catalyst is provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine. An ozone generation device generates ozone by using oxygen in the atmosphere, and a hydrocarbon-based liquid supply device supplies a hydrocarbon-based liquid. A part of NO in the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe is oxidized to NO2 with the ozone generated by the ozone generation device, and said NO2 is supplied to the first selective reduction catalyst. Also, a part of the hydrocarbon-based liquid supplied by the hydrocarbon-based liquid supply device is partially oxidized, with ozone generated by the ozone generation device, to an active reducing agent including an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon such as aldehyde, and this active reducing agent is supplied to the first selective reduction catalyst.

  • Patent number: 6817174
Abstract: There is provided a filtering means regenerating system for a diesel engine, in which the filtering means provided in an exhaust gas passage oxidizes NO in exhaust gas of the engine into NO2, and collects particulates in exhaust gas to thereby oxidize the particulates by NO2 and remove the same at a temperature higher than a predetermined exhaust gas temperature. Also, an in-line fuel injection system for injecting fuel into the engine is provided with a variable timer mechanism for regulating the injection timing of fuel, and the deposit of particulates deposited on the filtering means is detected by deposit detecting means. A controller controls the variable timer mechanism based on the detection output of the deposit detecting means. The filtering means is prevented from becoming in an excessively collecting state in all operation statuses of the engine, thereby preventing a decrease in fuel economy and power performance of the engine.

  • Patent number: 6023095
Abstract: There is disclosed a semiconductor device which is at least partially provided with an element having one-conductive type layers 7 and 9 being conductive in reverse to an oppsite conductive type semiconductor substrate 1. At the same time when the one-conductive type layers are formed, the one-conductive type layers 7' and 9' are formed in a region in which a signal input/output pad 14 is formed. Additionally, contact holes 11' are made in peripheral positions of the one-conductive type layers 7' and 9' in an interlayer insulating film 10 which is formed on a surface of the semiconductor substrate 1. In a region surrounded by the contact holes 11, on a surface of the interlayer insulating film 10, the signal input/output pad 14 is formed. Simultaneously with formation of the signal input/output pad 14, in a peripheral position of the signal input/output pad 14 formed is a noise shielding electrode 15 which is electrically connected to the contact holes 11.

  • Patent number: 5889314
Abstract: A cross-talk source isolator is provided in an integrated circuit which has an impurity diffused substrate of low resistance on which a silicon region is developed. A digital and analog circuits are formed on the silicon region. A trench is formed in the silicon region, in a direction substantially normal to a major surface of the substrate, in a manner to separate said digital and analog circuits. The trench has a bottom portion reaching the substrate and having an inner wall covered with a dielectric material. The trench includes therewithin an electrically conductive member which has a first end portion electrically connected to the substrate. Further, the electrically conductive member has a second end portion, opposite to the first end portion, coupled to an electrode which leads to a reference voltage source such as ground.

  • Patent number: 5376564
Abstract: On manufacturing a bipolar transistor, a field silicon oxide layer (7) having a beaked edge portion (bird's beak portion) is formed by a heat oxidation process using a silicon nitride film (5) as an oxidation mask. In this event, an edge of the nitride film is boosted up as a boosted portion by an upper part of the beaked edge portion. The upper part of the beaked edge portion is etched to form an undercut portion under the boosted portion. The undercut portion is filled with a base leading polysilicon (10) having impurities. On forming an insulator film (11) on the base leading polysilicon in a heated atmosphere, an outer base region (14) is formed in an epitaxial layer (3) by making the impurities diffuse from the base leading polysilicon towards the epitaxial layer in the heated atmosphere. Between the epitaxial layer and an edge portion of a nonboosted portion of the nitride film, a silicate glass (12) containing impurities is buried.
