  • Patent number: 9660507
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stator core includes die-cutting iron core materials from a band-shaped magnetic steel sheet and stacking the materials. Each material includes an inner circumference formed with three interconnecting lugs. At least one of the lugs included in one of two rows is located between the materials lengthwise adjacent to each other in the other row. Marginal regions are located in parts of the sheet located between the lugs of the materials adjacent to each other in a lengthwise direction of the sheet in a common row, between the material of the one row and the material of the other row and between the materials to be die-cut and each end of the sheet, respectively. The marginal regions are sized to be approximate to a web width in order to join remaining materials after the materials have been die-cut.

  • Publication number: 20140091672
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stator core includes die-cutting iron core materials from a band-shaped magnetic steel sheet, each iron core material being formed into an annular shape and having m number of interconnecting lugs protruding radially outward from an annular outer circumference of the magnetic steel sheet when m is equal to or larger than 2, and stacking a number of the iron core materials. In the die-cutting, parts of the magnetic steel sheet to be die-cut as the iron core material are arranged in n number of rows in a widthwise direction of the magnetic steel sheet when n is an integer equal to or larger than 2. Each one of the iron core materials included in one of n number of rows is located between the iron core materials lengthwise adjacent to each other in the row next to the one row.

  • Patent number: 7964856
Abstract: In an ion implanting apparatus 10 including a separation slit 20 which receives an ion beam 1 having passed through a mass-separation electromagnet 17 and allows a desired type of ion to selectively pass therethrough, the separation slit 20 is operable to vary a shape of a gap through which the ion beam 1 passes. In addition, the ion implanting apparatus 10 includes a variable slit 30 which is disposed between an extraction electrode system 15 and the mass-separation electromagnet 17 so as to form a gap through which the ion beam 1 passes and is operable to vary a shape of the gap so as to shield a part of the ion beam 1 extracted from the ion source 12. The ion implanting apparatus 10 may include both or one of the separation slit 20 and the variable slit 30.
