  • Publication number: 20190010467
Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing cultured cells or tissues for transplantation, comprising at least one of the following steps 1) and 2): 1) when the cultured cells or tissues do not express an HLA-C molecule of at least one HLA-C groups expressed in the receipient's HLA-C locus, forcing the expression of an HLA-C molecule of said HLA-C group in the cultured cells or tissues, or 2) when the cultured cells or tissues are negative or weakly positive for HLA-Bw4 while the recipient is positive for HLA-Bw4, forcing the expression of an HLA molecule of HLA-Bw4 group in the cultured cells or tissues.

  • Publication number: 20170369850
Abstract: Provided is a method for inducing T cells for a cell-based immunotherapy, comprising the steps of: (1) providing Rag 1 and/or Rag 2 gene knockout human pluripotent stem cells bearing genes encoding a T cell receptor specific for a desired antigen, and (2) inducing T cells from the pluripotent stem cells of step (1). Further provided are a cell-based immunotherapy method that uses the T cells for the cell-based immunotherapy and an iPS cell bank for the cell-based immunotherapy.

  • Patent number: 6104127
Abstract: A piezoelectric type actuator is composed of a vibration element, in which a piezoelectric element is attached on a vibration plate, an upper member and a lower member provided to hold the piezoelectric element. The vibration plate, the upper member, the lower member are made of the material having substantially a same thermal expansion coefficient. Also, a pressure applying mechanism is provided to apply a holding pressure to the lower member such that the vibration element is held with the holding pressure by the lower member and the upper member.

  • Patent number: 5615308
Abstract: In a production system in which a plurality of production rules are partitioned into a plurality of clusters for processing to effect cluster control, control expression elements, each describing an instruction for specifying a cluster to be invoked next for execution or an instruction for other flow control, are arranged in the order of execution to provide a control expression part separate from the clusters for processing. An instruction for a return to the control expression part is described in an action part of an appropriate production rule in a cluster, in place of the cluster specifying instruction, so that sequential invocation of clusters can be performed following the instructions described in the control expression part, thereby making it unnecessary to give a description for specifying the name of a cluster to be invoked next for execution in the action part of each production rule.
