  • Patent number: 8420115
Abstract: Disclosed herein are oral preparations and their production process. The oral preparations are each composed of a complex and a coating composition applied on the complex. The complex has been obtained by dispersing or dissolving a drug having an unpleasant taste and a gastric high-molecular compound in a low melting-point substance heated to and molten at its melting point or higher and granulating the resulting mixture. The coating composition is composed of an insoluble high-molecular compound and a disintegrator at a weight ratio of from 80:20 to 99:1. In the form of microparticles or the like that contain the drug having the unpleasant taste, each oral preparation according to the present invention can maintain the masking of the unpleasant taste of the drug and the release profile of the drug even under acidic conditions.

  • Patent number: 7556756
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a polyurethane foam molded article from a polyisocyanate compound, a polyol mixture containing polyol, a catalyst and a crosslinking agent, and a blowing agent, said method comprising continuously injecting the polyisocyanate compound, the polyol mixture and the blowing agent into a mold, using a molding machine capable of separately supplying the polyisocyanate compound, the polyol mixture and the blowing agent, while the timing of starting to inject the blowing agent is delayed after the start of injecting the polyisocyanate compound and the polyol mixture. The inventive method produces, in a single stage, a polyurethane foam molded article having the skin or high density portion selectively formed on portions of the molded article actually requiring them, where the proportions of the skin and the high density portion and the foamed core can be varied freely.

  • Publication number: 20060141236
Abstract: The amount of aldehyde emitted from a polyurethane and molded articles made of a polyurethane is reduced. The reduction of aldehyde emissions from polyurethanes is achieved by including a hydrazine compound as an aldehyde-scavenger in the polyol component of the polyurethane-forming reaction mixture. The hydrazine compound is used in an amount of 0.05 to 3.0 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyol mixture. Aldehyde emissions from molded polyurethane articles are reduced by including a hydrazine compound in the mold coating material in an amount of from 0.1 g/m2 to 10 g/m2.

  • Patent number: 6424613
Abstract: There is provided an iron core coil motor using an iron core coil, as a stator coil, formed by winding a coil winding around an iron core. Floating in the shaft direction of rotor is prevented with an attracting force generated by offsetting the center of magnetism of iron core of coil and the center of magnetism of rotor magnet and moreover the attracting force is set to 0.8 to 2.0 times the total weight of the rotating elements including rotor. Thereby, generation of noise and vibration can be controlled.
