  • Publication number: 20170162404
Abstract: The present technology relates to a semiconductor device and a method of manufacturing the semiconductor device capable of suppressing warpage of the semiconductor device. A mold release agent 101 is applied to a side surface of an upper chip 11. According to this, when a sealing resin 31 for protecting a bump 21 is applied, the bump 21 between the upper chip 11 and a lower chip 12 is protected and a fillet-shaped protruding portion does not adhere to the side surface of the upper chip 11 due to the mold release agent 101, so that a gap 111 is formed. According to this, a stress to warp the lower chip 12 is not generated even when contraction associated with drying of the sealing resin 31 between the side surface of the upper chip 11 and an upper surface of the lower chip 12 occurs, so that it becomes possible to suppress the warpage. The present technology may be applied to the semiconductor device.

  • Patent number: 9533420
Abstract: A distal end side link hub is connected to a proximal end side link hub via three or more link mechanisms such that alteration in posture of the distal end side link hub is allowed. Each of the link mechanisms includes a proximal side end link member, a distal side end link member, and an intermediate link member. A line member is disposed between the link hubs, two ends of the line member being held at line member holding points which are on link hub central axes, respectively. In a state where the link hubs are parallel to each other, when the distance from a midpoint to each spherical link center is defined as (D) and the distance from each spherical link center to its corresponding line member holding point is defined as (H), the relationship H=0.5×D is established.

  • Patent number: 9525417
Abstract: Provided is a capacitive sensor device capable of detecting the position and magnitude of external force with high accuracy. Employed is a capacitive sensor which comprises pairs of electrodes arranged in a matrix, each of the pairs of electrodes being disposed to face each other with a distance therebetween, and an elastically deformable dielectric layer arranged between each of the pairs of electrodes. A capacitance measuring part measures capacitance of respective electrode pair groups in a plurality of combinations each comprising more than one of the pairs of electrodes including a selected one of the pairs of electrodes. An external force calculating part calculates the magnitude of external force applied to the position of the selected pair of electrodes based on a plurality of measured values of the capacitance.

  • Publication number: 20160361816
Abstract: In this link actuation device, arms of a plurality of link mechanisms are driven to be rotated by actuators, whereby the posture of a distal end side link hub is changed. A divided section setter divides a trajectory on a work surface on which an end effector works, into a plurality of sections at pass points and sets the sections. An arm rotation speed calculator calculates a rotation speed at which each arm performs constant speed rotation in each section on the basis of: a time period of movement in the section which is determined from a target moving speed and the distance of the section; and a rotation-angular movement amount of the arm in the section. A posture change controller performs positioning control on each actuator so as to cause its corresponding arm to continuously rotate at the corresponding rotation speed without acceleration/deceleration.

  • Patent number: 9446456
Abstract: A remote controlled actuator includes an elongated spindle guide section and a distal end member fitted to a distal end thereof for alteration in attitude. The distal end member rotatably supports a spindle for holding a tool. The spindle guide section includes a rotary shaft for transmitting rotation of a tool rotation drive source to the spindle. An attitude altering member inserted in a guide hole is selectively advanced or retracted by an attitude control drive source. An initial attitude hold control unit controls the attitude control drive source so that an initial attitude holding force necessary to maintain the distal end member in the initial attitude can be applied to the attitude altering member. An attitude alteration control unit controls the attitude control drive source so that the attitude of the distal end member can be altered by a force larger than the initial attitude holding force.
