Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition, in particular, a compound suitable for preventing and/or treating inflammatory diseases and/or neurodegenerative disease. The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to find a compound having an inhibitory effect on NLRP3 inflammasome activation and found that an annulated pyridazine compound has an inhibitory effect on NLRP3 inflammasome activation, thus completing the present invention. The annulated pyridazine compound of the present invention is expected to serve as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases and/or neurodegenerative diseases.

Abstract: The fuel injection device includes a plunger, operatively connected, to a cam driven by an engine, having control groups for use in communicating with an outer circumferential surface and an end surface of a fuel injection nozzle. The fuel injection device further includes a timing sleeve fitted outwardly of the plunger, for opening or closing the control groups and an actuator for driving a timing rod connected to the timing sleeve in such a way as to move the timing sleeve up and down against the plunger. Finally, the fuel injection device includes a control device for outputting a signal for performing moving-up or moving-down of the timing sleeve to the actuator, and inputting a signal from a source of operation information.

Abstract: An opening/closing device of a door for a refrigerator or the like will open/close the door member at a desired side, namely, at the right side or at the left side, without requiring a movable operating handle. The device is simple in construction, has a high adiabatic efficiency, and can be easily incorporated in the door member. Therefore, no special mechanism is necessary in the door member and no structural change is required inside the door member.
