  • Publication number: 20240071662
Abstract: The metal magnetic powder includes Co as a main component, and an average particle size (D50) of 1 nm to 100 nm. An X-ray diffraction chart of the metal magnetic powder has a first peak that appears in a range of a diffraction angle 2? of 41.6±0.3°, and a second peak that appears in a range of a diffraction angle 20? of 47.4±0.3°. When a full width at half maximum of the first peak is set as FW1, and a full width at half maximum of the second peak is set as FW2, a ratio (FW2/FW1) of FW2 to FW1 is 1 to 5.

  • Patent number: 5363795
Abstract: A Czochralski crystal pulling apparatus for carrying out the Czochralski crystal pulling process is provided with a reflecting plate for reflecting radiation heat radiated from the surface of a molten material contained in a crucible toward a contact region of the surface of the molten material contiguous with the wall of the crucible to heat the molten material in the contact region so that the temperature of the molten material in the contact region may be prevented to reach the solidifying point. The reflecting plate is suspended by wires from cross beams so that the radiation heat transfer from the surface of a crystal toward a surrounding radiation heat transfer surface of a furnace may not be intercepted. The surface of the molten material is maintained on a level above the upper end of a high temperature region of a heater so that the surface of the molten material may be kept in comparatively low temperature to promote the crystal growth rate.

  • Patent number: 4790769
Abstract: A telephone modular jack includes a base for receiving thereon a contact block carrying an array of spring contacts, the corresponding number of terminal units, and a cover, all mounted downwardly upon the base to be capable of being assembled by an automated technique. Each of the terminal units has a lug which is press-fitted to each one of lead tabs extended from the spring contacts when the contact block is mounted on the base. Each spring contact has a first end portion, a middle portion, and a second end portion, the portions being bent with respect to the others. The contact block includes a upright support and a horizontal support in parallel with the base. The middle portion of each spring contact is molded in the upright support in such a manner as to project the first end portion from the top of the upright support diagonally downward to the base, while the second end portion extends through the horizontal support and projects therefrom to define the lead tab at its end.

  • Patent number: 4668883
Abstract: In a linear pulse motor which includes: a movable body having an iron core provided with a coil or coils and side plates for supporting the iron core; a stationary body having magnetic circuit forming means for forming a magnetic circuit with the iron core across an air gap between the iron core and the magnetic circuit forming means; an axle fixed to the movable body, and wheels supported rotatably on end portions of the axle, respectively, and rollable on and along the stationary body; wherein the coil or coils are energized by pulses of a predetermined drive frequency to impart a stepwise magnetic drive force to the movable body, the length of the axle between the wheels is so determined that a noise level peak frequency or resonant frequency of the movable body is sufficiently far from the predetermined drive frequency.

  • Patent number: 4378541
Abstract: In a time delay switch comprising:a delay action means comprising an oil dash pot (9) containing a piston (21) of magnetic-flux-responsive substance disposed in an oil-filled cylinder,a magnetic circuit containing a permanent magnet (18) mechanically linked to a handle (8) and magnetically coupled to said piston (21), at least a fixed magnetic yoke (14, 15), at least a moving magnetic yoke (16, 17) and an armature (20) movable in reaction to a change of magnetic flux due to movement of the piston (21),at least a moving contact plate (13) linked to said armature (20) and at least a fixed contact plate (11) disposed to touch said moving contact plate (13),the improvement is thata case (1) which contains the abovementioned components is made of an insulating resin and has a first part (101) of larger depth and a second part (102) of smaller depth, said first part and said second part being each other integrally connected, said first part containing said oil dash pot fixed to said bottom part of said case (1), sai

  • Patent number: 4293753
Abstract: A small and compact electric switch having therein means for indicating actuated state of an associated load and yet being simple and easy in interconnecting respective components and also in connecting them with said load and an electric source is provided. The switch has a transformer, the primary winding of which is connected to a switching means and to the source and load while the secondary winding is connected to a light emitting diode forming the indicating means which is enclosed in a rockable button actuating and switching means so that, when the switch is closed, a current is induced in the secondary winding to light the diode due to a source current flowing through the primary winding. Wires from the source and load are held as connected to the switching means by resilient connecting means which are accessible from the exterior for easy wire connection and disconnection.
