    Abstract: A monitoring system includes a sensor, a monitoring camera, a power control apparatus, a master device that is connected to a fixed telephone network so as to perform calls to other fixed telephones, and a mobile phone terminal that is connected to other mobile phones via a mobile phone network. When an abnormality is detected, the sensor, the monitoring camera, or the power control apparatus transmits an abnormality detection signal to the master device. When the abnormality detection signal is received, the master device converts at least a part of the abnormality detection signal so as to generate notification information, and transmits the notification information to the mobile phone terminal. The mobile phone terminal displays a warning screen based on the notification information on the display unit.

The opening/closing lid is rotated to a position where the opening region is closed to lie at a position where the opening/closing lid overlaps the boom foot pin in the side view, and is rotated to a position where the opening region is opened to lie at a position where the boom foot pin is opened in the axial direction.
