Abstract: A glass sheet packing apparatus has a base plate 3 for supporting a plurality of glass sheets 10 in parallel and upright; a side frame 2 for holding faces of a group of glass sheets loaded on the base plate; and a top frame 4 for holding the top face of the glass sheets loaded on the base plate; wherein the glass sheets are fixed by a band 5 together with the side frame 2 and the top frame. The side frame 2 is a pair of a male frame 6 and a female frame 7, each formed in a L-shape by a vertical square pipe and a horizontal square pipe, the horizontal square pipe of the male frame 6 is inserted into the horizontal square pipe of the female frame 7 to form a letter U like shape.

Abstract: A glass sheet packing apparatus which has a simple structure and a sufficient strength, which is reusable and can be packed in a compact shape at a time of returning, a method and a package are provided.
