  • Patent number: 10520087
Abstract: A cylinder device includes a piston and a piston rod disposed movably, and a movable body in which another end portion of the piston rod is inserted. The piston rod includes a first pin groove that extends along an axial direction and through which a support pin is inserted. The support pin is also inserted through second pin grooves formed in the movable body and having a substantially L-shaped cross section. Further, a link pin is inserted through a pin hole on the other end portion of the piston rod. The link pin is inserted through third pin grooves in the movable body which are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the axis of the movable body. In addition, under a moving action of the piston, the movable body is displaced linearly, and thereafter, is rotationally displaced by the link pin moving along the third pin grooves.

  • Patent number: 9484242
Abstract: A fluid pressure cylinder includes a displacement member, which is displaceable on an end side of a body, and a connecting body, which is connected to a piston rod of a cylinder unit, is inserted via a spring in a block body of the displacement member. A suction rod is connected substantially in parallel with the connecting body and a buffer rod connected to the connecting body. In addition, in a state where downward displacement of the block body is restricted, when additional loads are applied, the buffer rod is displaced relatively with respect to the block body in opposition to an elastic force of the spring, whereby an interval in a radial direction between a bushing and the buffer rod is enlarged.

  • Publication number: 20150316080
Abstract: A fluid pressure cylinder includes a displacement block, which is displaceable on another end side of a body. A second connector of a piston rod that constitutes a cylinder unit is screw-engaged via a second cylinder hole with the displacement block. On the other hand, an end of a suction rod to which a negative pressure fluid is supplied is inserted through a cover member. In addition, by inserting a tool into a tool groove, which is formed on an end of the second connector and rotating the tool in a predetermined direction, the displacement block can be moved with respect to the piston rod in directions to approach and separate away from the body. Stated otherwise, a relative position of the displacement block with respect to the body can be adjusted.
